Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines festen     Diazoniumsalzes.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Zusatz  patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung  eines festen     Diazoniumsalzes,    welches da  durch gekennzeichnet ist, dass man aus einer       äthylschwefelsauren        Diazolösung    von 1  Amino-2-(4'-chlor-phenogy)-5-chlorbenzol das       äthylsehwefelsaure        Diazoniumsalz    in fester  Form abscheidet.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  100     Gewichtsteile        1-Amino-2-(4'-chlor-          phenogy)-5-chlorbenzol    werden fein gemah  len     und    bei zirka 20   C in 450 Gewichtsteile       Äthylschwefelsäure    von 33,6 %     Reingehalt          eingetragen.    Nach einstündigem     Nachrühren     werden 72     Gewichtsteile        40gewichtsprozen-          tige        Natriumnitritlösung    bei 15     bis    20   C  schnell unter die Oberfläche     einfliessen    ge  lassen.

   Nach erfolgter     Diazotierung    wird mit  1000 Gewichtsteilen Wasser verdünnt und       filtriert.    In diese     Diazolösung    werden 450 Ge  wichtsteile     Ammoniumsulfat    eingetragen und    dabei auf 0 bis 5   C abgekühlt. Das     äthyl-          schwefelsaure        Diazoniumsalz    scheidet sich  ab, es     wird    filtriert und bei niedriger     Tem-          peratur        getrocknet.     



  Das erhaltene     Diazoniumsalz    stellt     eile     kristallines Pulver dar. Es besitzt eine gute  Haltbarkeit und     ist    leicht löslich. Durch Ver  mischen mit den gebräuchlichen Färberei  hilfsmitteln, wie wasserfreiem Natriumsulfat  oder     teilentwässertem        Aluminiumsulfat    usw.,  kann es auf handelsübliche Form eingestellt  werden.

   After the diazotization has taken place, it is diluted with 1000 parts by weight of water and filtered. 450 parts by weight of ammonium sulfate are added to this diazo solution and the mixture is cooled to 0 to 5 ° C. The ethylsulfuric acid diazonium salt separates out, it is filtered and dried at low temperature.



  The diazonium salt obtained is a crystalline powder. It has a good shelf life and is easily soluble. By mixing it with the usual dyeing auxiliaries, such as anhydrous sodium sulfate or partially dehydrated aluminum sulfate, etc., it can be adjusted to the commercially available form.
