Le fonctionnement est le suivant: Les organes étant dans la position indi quée par la fig. 1, le ressort-moteur 9 se dé tend et, par l'intermédiaire du pignon 8 et des roues 10 et 11, fait tourner la roue 12 dans le sens de la, flèche jusqu'au moment où la, butée 12a, venant en contact avec le petit levier 29 qui est dans sa position de travail et bute sur 33, entraînera la bascule 13;
Le remontage amène la butée 6a, en con tact avec le petit levier mobile 28; celui-ci t@tar,nt retenti par la butée 32, le inouvemeni, de la roue 6 entraîne la bascule 13;
Electric timepiece. The object of the invention is an electrical timepiece comprising an electromagnet, a mainspring and two moving parts, rotating around the same axis and elastically coupled by the mainspring, the first of which is actuated by the electromagnet and winds the spring, the second of which, actuated by the relaxation of the spring, controls the gear train.
This part is characterized by a switch inserted in the circuit of the electromagnet and placed under the control of the two aforementioned mobiles, so that the first mobile causes the opening of the switch when the spring is activated. raised by a predetermined amount and that the second mobile causes the closing of this switch when the spring has relaxed by a predetermined amount.
The accompanying drawing gives, by way of example, an embodiment of the object of the invention. Fig. 1 is a schematic plan view thereof and FIG. 2 a partial elevation view of a detail.
The embodiment shown comprises a frame, not shown, on which the electromagnet 1 is fixed, the armature 2 of which is mounted on a leaf spring 3 and makes contact intermittently with the screw 4 which constitutes a terminals of the electromagnet circuit; this frame carries a pawl 5 meshing with the wheel 6 mounted on an axis 7 pivoting in the frame; on this same axis is mounted crazy a pinion 8 meshing with a wheel 10 which may be the center wheel of the movement. This wheel 10 meshes with a wheel 11 which, itself, acts on a wheel 12 carrying on its periphery four stops 12a, 12b, 12c, 12d, equidistant.
The wheel 6 and the pinion 8 are elastically coupled to each other by the helical mainspring 9 attached to the wheel at 9a and to the pinion at 9b. The wheel 6 carries two stops 6a and 6b arranged at its periphery on the same diameter.
Between the wheels 6 and 12 is arranged the switch comprising a metal rocker 13 having four arms arranged in a cross, 13a, 13b, 13e and 13d, and pivoted on the frame 14. The arm 13a carries two pegs, the one, 1.1, metallic and the other, 16, insulating material.
These two dowels cooperate alternately with a metal contact 17 carried by a blade ii, spring 18 itself fixed to the frame 1e_ 19 by a screw forming the other terminal of the circuit of the elect.i-o-ziimiint. The arm 13b, diametrically opposed to the arm 13n,
has at its end a groove in which the blade 20 bears, the other end of which likewise bears in a groove of the plate 21 of a spring wool. 22 fixed at 23 on the frame.
The parts 2, 3, 4, 13, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 and 23 are isolated from the frame by guns and: insulating washers not shown.
The two opposite arms 13c and 13d, each carry, at their end, a small movable lever 28, respectively 29, lrivot; é in the middle 30, respectively 31. These small levers cooperate, with stops 24, 25, res pectively 26, 27 fixed in the frame, and stops 32, respectively 33, fixed on the arms 13e and 13d.
The operation is as follows: The members being in the position indicated by FIG. 1, the mainspring 9 expands and, by means of the pinion 8 and the wheels 10 and 11, turns the wheel 12 in the direction of the arrow until the stop 12a comes in contact with the small lever 29 which is in its working position and abuts on 33, will cause the rocker 13;
this one, arrived a little beyond. the middle of its travel and requested by the elastic blade 22. tilts abruptly and-, arrives in its closed position, indicated in dotted line. In this position, the fixed contact 17 touches the movable contact 15, the electromagnet circuit is closed and the latter operates; the wheel 6 turns in the direction of the arrow and reassembly takes place.
The movement of the rocker brought the small movable lever 28, which was in its erasing position, against the. fixed stop 24 which. Straightened him up in his working position. what it comes up against 32; the small mobile lever 29 has come up against 26 and is placed in its erasing position (indicated in poiritillc.).
Winding brings the stop 6a into contact with the small movable lever 28; the latter t @ tar, nt sounded by the stop 32, the inouvemeni of the wheel 6 drives the lever 13;
this one, arrived a little beyond, in the middle of its. stroke and solicited by the wool-elastic 22, switches abruptly to arrive (the new in its open position. In this position, the switch is open, and operation (the electromagnet; stops.
The movement of the rocker brought the small mobile lever 29 on the stop 27 which straightened it until it came to abut on 33; the movable arm is thus ready to be driven by the stop 12b when the latter, brought by the movement due to the relaxation of the spring, will enter into contact with it, the device is therefore in its starting position and the process continues.
The pinion 8 carries a finger 8c, which comes to rest on a stop 6c fixed on the wheel 6 in order to avoid excessive relaxation of the motor spring in the event of non-operation of the electromagnet.
