L'invention a pour objet une montre, qui peut être notamment une montre-bracelet, et dont un avantage :remarquable réside dans le fait que le bo"itier peut être facilement dé monté et remonté, même par un novice, en vue du remplacement d'un élément interchan geable du boîtier, par exemple un élément apparen h coloré, orné ou décoré, tenant lieu de verre de protection et auquel on désire substituer un élément de forme identique, mais différent quant à la couleur ou à l'orne mentation.
Selon l'invention, le boîtier comprend une calotte métallique à guichet supportant le mouvement, une coquille en matière transpa rente recouvrant la calotte métallique à gui chet, de manière à ce que les organes indica teurs horaires du mouvement de montre ap paraissent au travers du guichet de da calotte métallique et de la coquille transparente, et deux plaques de fond en métal disposées l'une sur l'autre et assurant conjointement la fer meture de la calotte et l'assemblage de tous les éléments constitutifs du boîtier. Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, une montre-bracelet constituant une forme d'exécution de l'objet de l'inven tion.
La fig. 1 -représente la montre en éléva tion de face; la fig. 2 en est une vue en plan; la fig. 3 est une coupe suivant la ligne III-III de la fig. 2; la fig. 4 est une coupe suivant la ligne IV-IV de la, fig. 2, tandis que les fig. 5 et 6 représentent en élévation de face, respectivement en élévation latérale, l'une des plaques de fond du boîtier.
Le mouvement de montre 7, sur lequel sont montés le cadran 8 et les aiguilles, est ajusté et maintenu dans une calotte 9 en mé tal, dont le profil est lunulaire, dans laquelle est ménagé un guichet 10. Sur la calotte 9 est ajustée une coquille 11, de forme identique à celle de la calotte 9, mais venue d'une ma tière transparente, incassable et, de préfé rence ignifuge. Cette coquille 11 recouvre le guichet 10 de la calotte 9 et laisse apparaître au travers de ce guichet les éléments indica teurs horaires du mouvement.
La. calotte- 9 et la coquille 11 constituent, conjointement avec deux plaques de fond 1<B>2</B>, respectivement 13, légèrement. cintrées, le boîtier de montre d'un galbe lunulaire.
Les plaques de fond assurent la. ferme ture de la calotte et l'assemblage de tous les éléments constitutifs. du boîtier. A cet effet. les plaques 12 et 13 sont disposées l'une sur l'autre. La plaque intérieure 1? possède à chaque extrémité une oreille 14. Ces deux oreilles forment ensemble une glissière trans versale 14'-14', à queue d'aronde, dans la quelle sont ajustées et maintenues, par leurs extrémités, la calotte 9 et la coquille 11. Les dites oreilles forment en outre deux anses 15 permettant d'assujettir au boîtier un disposi tif d'attache de montre-bracelet.
Contre la, face externe de la plaque 1 \? est adaptée, par un ajustement à cran, la. pla que de fond 13 présentant des rebords longi- dinaux 13' portant sur les côtés latéraux de 1a, coquille transparente 11 pour assurer transversalement l'assemblage des éléments du boîtier. Les deux plaques de fond 13 et 13 pourraient cependant être reliées .l'une à l'au tre par une articulation à charnière.
La calotte et la coquille sont encochées en 17 pour le passage de la tige de remontoir 18 portant la. couronne 19.
La coquille 11 en matière transparente tient: lieu de verre de montre et remplace ainsi la glace ou de verre de protection habituel. Elle peut être fabriquée en une matière trans parente de n'importe quelle couleur et être remplacée facilement, par exemple par une coquille de rechange d'un coloris différent.
L'invention est applicable à des montre de tous genres et dont la forme du boîtier dif fère de celle de l'exemple représenté au des sin.

The watch movement 7, on which the dial 8 and the hands are mounted, is adjusted and held in a metal cap 9, the profile of which is lunular, in which a window 10 is formed. On the cap 9 is fitted a shell 11, identical in shape to that of the cap 9, but made from a transparent, unbreakable and preferably flame-retardant material. This shell 11 covers the window 10 of the cap 9 and allows the time indicating elements of the movement to appear through this window.
The cap 9 and the shell 11 constitute, together with two bottom plates 1 <B> 2 </B>, respectively 13, slightly. curved, the watch case with a lunular curve.
The bottom plates provide the. closing of the cap and assembly of all the constituent elements. of the housing. For this purpose. the plates 12 and 13 are arranged one on top of the other. The inner plate 1? has at each end an ear 14. These two ears together form a transverse slide 14'-14 ', dovetailed, in which are adjusted and held, by their ends, the cap 9 and the shell 11. The said ears also form two handles 15 for securing to the case a wristwatch fastening device.
Against the, external face of plate 1 \? is adapted, by a notch adjustment, the. bottom plate 13 having longitudinal flanges 13 'bearing on the lateral sides of 1a, transparent shell 11 to ensure transversely assembly of the elements of the housing. The two bottom plates 13 and 13 could however be connected .l'one to the other by a hinge joint.
The cap and the shell are notched at 17 for the passage of the winding stem 18 carrying the. crown 19.
The shell 11 of transparent material serves: instead of watch glass and thus replaces the usual crystal or protective glass. It can be made of a transparent material of any color and easily replaced, for example with a spare shell of a different color.
The invention is applicable to watches of all kinds and of which the shape of the case differs from that of the example shown in the figures.
