Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines substituierten     Thiazolearbonsäureamides.       Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung  bildet ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines  substituierten     Thiazolearbo@nsäureamids,        wel-          ches    dadurch. gekennzeichnet ist, dass man  auf eine Verbindung, .die das Radikal .der  Formel

    besitzt, wie z. B.     Thiazol-4,5-,dicarbonsäure,     ihre     iSalze,        Hadogenide,    Ester oder ihr An  hydrid,     Diäthylamin    einwirken lässt.  



  Das so     .gewonnene        Thiazol-4,5=dicarbon-          säure-bis-,diäthyla.mid    bildet     Kristalle    vom  F. 44  .  



  Die neue     Verbindung    soll therapeutische  Verwendung finden.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  210 Teile     Thiazol    - 4,5 -     ,dicarbonsäuredi-          chlorid        (dargestellt    aus     Thiazol-4,5,dicarbon-          säure    durch Erwärmen     mit        Thionylchlorid)       erhitzt man mit 110 Teilen     Diäthylamin-          hydroehlorid,    aus dem     sich    während der       Reaktion        Diäthylamin        bildet,    während zwei       .Stunden    auf<B>160'</B> C.

   Die     erhaltene    :Schmelze  wird in Wasser gelöst,     mit        konzentrierter          Alkalilauge    versetzt und mit Äther ausge  schüttelt. Die ätherische     Lösung        wind    über       Atzkali        getrocknet,    eingedampft und durch       Destillation    ,des Rückstandes     Thiazol-4,5-di-          carbonsäure    - bis     -,diäthylamid    vom F. 44         (karr.)    erhalten.

   Die Umsetzung kann auch  in Gegenwart von     Kondensationsmitteln,    so  wie von säurebindenden     Mitteln    vorgenom  men werden.  



  An Stelle von     Diäthylaminhydrochlorid     kann ebensogut ein anderes Salz oder     Di-          äthylamin    selbst     verwendet    werden.
