Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung von Aluminiumgriess.         Aluminiumgriess    wurde bisher durch Zer  stäuben von geschmolzenem Aluminium her,  gestellt. Die auf diese Weise erhaltenen  Körper weisen eine glatte Oberfläche auf, die  vielfach unerwünscht ist.  



  Anderseits ist es auch bereits bekannt,       kleinstückiges    Material auf Kugelmühlen zu  runden und hierbei kugelartige Gebilde zu  erzeugen.     Hiezu    ist es erforderlich, das Metall  vorerst durch einen besonderen Arbeitsgang  vor der Einführung in die Kugelmühle in  eine     blättchenförmige    Beschaffenheit überzu  führen.  



  Das Verfahren nach der Erfindung wird  derart durchgeführt, dass das Aluminium in  Form von Folien den Schlaghämmern einer  Schlagmühle auf einer Rutsche zugeführt  und durch die rotierenden Hämmer der    Schlagmühle zerrissen wird, worauf die so  erhaltenen Aluminiumflocken durch die rotie  renden Hämmer zu Körnern geformt werden.

  The method according to the invention is carried out in such a way that the aluminum in the form of foils is fed to the hammers of a hammer mill on a slide and torn by the rotating hammers of the hammer mill, whereupon the aluminum flakes thus obtained are shaped into grains by the rotating hammers.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung von Aluminium griess unter Verwendung einer Schlagmühle, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Aluminium in Form von Folien den Schlaghämmern der Schlagmühle auf einer Rutsche zugeführt und durch die rotierenden Hämmer der Schlagmühle zerrissen wird, worauf die so erhaltenen Aluminiumflocken durch die rotie renden Hämmer zu Körnern geformt -werden.
