Luftdichter Blechdosenverschluss. Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist ein luftdichter Blechdosenverschluss von der Art, bei welcher der Abschluss der Blechdose au sser einem eingepassten Schutzdeckel eineMem- brane aufweist, welche durch Aufschneiden entfernt werden kann.
Der Verschluss ist gekennzeichnet durch einen zweimal U-förmig in sich umgebogenen Blechreif, dessen innerer Schenkel im U-för- mig nach aussen umgebogenen Dosenrand ein geklemmt ist, während der übrige Teil des Blechreifes den aufstehenden, U-förmig nach aussen gebogenen Rand einer die Dose ab schliessenden Membrane dicht anschliessend umhüllt, wobei zwischen umgebogenem Dosen rand und dem mit der Membrane verkleideten Blechreif eine Kautschuckpackung eingelegt ist und ein zweiter, S-förmig gebogener Blech reif so zwischen innerem Dosenrand und auf gebogenem Membranrand eingeklemmt ist, dass sein freies Ende der Membrane beim Auf schneiden derselben als innere Unterstützung dient.
Beiliegende Zeichnung stellt, stark ver grössert, ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfin dungsgegenstandes durch einen Querschnitt dar.
Nach Zeichnung ist der obere Rand 1 der Blechdose,2 U-förmig nach aussen umgebogen und ein zweimal U-förmig in sich selbst um- gebogenerBlechreif 4 mit seinem innern Schen kel 3 in dem umgebogenen Rand der Dose eingeklemmt, während sein anderer freier Schenkel einem nicht gezeigten Schutzdeckel als Führung dient.
Dicht an die Innenseite der zweiten (obern) Umbiegung des Blech reifes anschliessend ist nun der aufrecht ste hende, U-förmig nach aussen gebogene Rand 5 einer Membrane 6 eingebaut und zwar so, dass zwischen dem mit der Membrane verklei deten äussern Schenkel des Blechreifes und dem Dosenrand ein zweiter, S-förmig gebo- generBlechreif Sund zwischen dem erstgenann ten Blechreif und dem umgebogenen Dosenrand eine Kautschukdichtung 7 Platz finden.
Das freie Ende 9 des S-förmig gebogenen Blech- reifes erstreckt sich in das Doseninnere und ist von innen so gegen die Membrane aufge bogen, dass es der Membrane beim Aufschnei den derselben als Stütze dient.
