Fig. 1 ist ein senkrechter Schnitt durch den Raum nach Linie 1-I in Fig. 2; Fig. 2 ist ein waagrechter Schnitt nach. Linie II-II in Fig. 1; - Fig.3 ist ein senkrechter Schnitt nach Linie III-III in Fig. 1; Fig.4 ist ein senkrechter Schnitt nach Linie IV----IV in Fig. 1;
Device for evenly distributing a gas flow supplied through a pipe in a room. The invention relates to a device for evenly distributing a gas flow supplied through a line in a room, one boundary surface of the room having at least one inlet opening for the supply of the gas flow and the opposite room boundary surface a corresponding number of openings for the outlet of the gas flow owned.
The essence of the present invention is that arched sieve plates are arranged behind the gas inlet openings, and that the convex surface of each sieve plate facing the inlet opening is composed of a number of surfaces inclined at different angles to the center axis of the inlet opening ,
by which individual partial flows are separated from the total flow of gas in steps, which flow off at the outer edges of the different inclined surfaces with a star ker radial component uu.d spread conically, bent to who and with the flowing through the holes of the sieve plate; The gas stream forms a spread out, forward flowing - total stream that completely fills the entire cross-section of the room.
The drawing shows an embodiment example: the invention is shown.
Fig. 1 is a vertical section through the space on line 1-I in Fig. 2; Fig. 2 is a horizontal section according to. Line II-II in Fig. 1; FIG. 3 is a vertical section on the line III-III in FIG. 1; Figure 4 is a vertical section along line IV - IV in Figure 1;
Fig. 5 is an enlarged rear view of the screen plate; Fig. 6 is a vertical section on the line VI-VI in Fig. 5; Fig. 7 is a horizontal section along line VII-VII in Fig. 5; Fig. 8 shows a rear view of the feed device for the gas and the holder of the sieve plate; 9 is a vertical section through an outlet opening on a larger scale. The room 1, which the gas, e.g. B.
sulphurous acid or chlorine for bleaching purposes or air for cooling purposes is to be supplied, has a supply line? and a discharge line 3: the discharge line 3 can lead into the outside air; In the exemplary embodiment shown, it leads to a fan 4 which conveys the gas back into space 1.
Filters, heating or cooling devices can be arranged in the supply line 2. The supply line also contains a regulating flap 5. A branch pipe 6 with regulating flap 7 is used to divert gas consumed system. The discharge line 3 is provided with a branch pipe 8 for sucking in fresh gas. The tube 8 contains a; Regu lierklappe 9. By suitably setting the flaps 7 and 9, it is possible to add fresh gas to your circulating gas and to remove used gas.
Distribution lines 10, 11 are connected to supply line 2. The lines 11 are provided with openings 12 (Fig. 6, 7, 8). Both the number of distribution lines and the number of openings depend on the size of the room 1. It is advisable to divide the room boundary area, which contains the gas inlet openings, into squares and in the center of each square the Central axis of an inlet opening is arranged, as in Fig., 3 is indicated in dash-dotted lines.
Before each opening 12 an adjustable face flap 13 is arranged to control the air inlet occurs. In each opening 12 a web 14 is also attached, which, as shown in FIG. 6, shows a streamlined shape in cross section. In the middle of the. Web 14 sits a hub 15, in which a pin 16 is fastened, on your, pin 16 sits a curved screen plate 17, the convex side of which faces the gas flow coming. This convex side is not in the form of a smooth dome, but rather a surface that is broken several times.
This surface consists of a number of surfaces inclined at different angles to the central axis of the inlet opening 12. The upper surface of the screen plate can therefore be composed of several truncated pyramids, for example. The surface of the sieve plate can also consist of a central, flat part 18 and a number of truncated conical surfaces 1.9, 20, 21 with decreasing apex angles. as can be seen from FIG.
The truncated cone surface 19 bil det with the flat surface 18 an angle a. the frustoconical surfaces 19 and 2 () form an angle fl with each other and the frustoconical surfaces 20 and 1 form an angle with each other. It can be seen that the apex angle or apex angle (not shown) is smallest at the tip of the truncated cone 21 , while the apex angle of the truncated cone 19 is greatest.
Part of the gas flow hit the sieve plate moves through the holes of the plate 17 in a straight line. The other part of the stream meets the surfaces 18, 19, 20, 21. This stream fol (., T - spreading - these surfaces.
Here, however, a partial flow flows, for example at the edge between the surfaces 19 and 20 with a strong radial component in the direction of the generators from 19 to the outside ah, while the main part of the gas follows the surface 20, whereupon a partial flow again radially at the next edge flows outwards until the remainder finally flows off over the outer edge of the surface 21. The partial flows spread out conically in the space and are then bent to flow forward.
Depending on the size of the angle of inclination of the individual broken surfaces, the size of the spread of the partial flows and the speed of the flow in the cross section through which the flow flows can be changed. The purpose is to make the regulation in such a way that: in the total cross-section through which the air flows, approximately the same pressure and high speed prevail everywhere.
With the appropriate dimensions and design, a single screen plate of this kind can be sufficient to. to generate a gas flow that fills the entire cross-section of the room. For larger rooms, several: Sieve plates: are required whose radially outwardly directed partial flows penetrate one another in an intersecting manner and form, with the gas flows flowing through the holes in the sieve plates, a total flow that completely fills the entire space.
On the back of the screen plate I 7 has a stepped flange 22, on which a fixed plate 23 rests, which sits with a central opening on the pin 16 and is held here by means of a nut 24 ge.
On the fixed plate 23, which also has a perforation, a plate 25: tightly and longitudinally displaceable is arranged. This plate, which is guided by means of strips 26, has the same perforation as the plate 23. In the middle, the plate 25 has a recess 2.7, so that the nut 24 does not hinder the movement of the plate. The plate 25 can be adjusted by means of the handle 28, and in this way the passage openings of the plate 23 can be more or less covered, whereby the portion of the gas flow flowing through the sieve plate 17 can be regulated.
On the plate 25 a threaded bushing 29 provided with Mutterge is arranged in which a set screw 30 projecting through the plate 25 is attached so that the plate 25 can be secured in the set position.
Since the plate 17 is not supported at the edge by a number of arms, but only in the middle by the pin 16, the radial outflow of the partial flows at the edge: of the plate is not hindered in any way. At that space delimitation surface of the space 1 which is opposite the inlet openings 12, discharge lines 31, 32, 3 for the gas are provided. The discharge lines 31, 32 have outlet openings 34.
It is also expedient to divide the area delimiting the room containing the gas outlet openings into squares and to arrange the central axis of an outlet opening in the center of each square, as indicated in FIG. 4 in dash-dotted lines.
A number of adjustable louvre plates 35 (FIG. 9) are arranged in each outlet opening, by means of which individual regulation and at the same time fine regulation of the gas outlet through each of the openings is achieved so that all openings can be set for the same gas speed. This makes it possible to achieve a completely uniform flow and distribution of the gas from one end of the room to the other and a uniform discharge of the gas from the room.
As can be seen in FIGS. 4 and 9, the louvre panels are arranged in such a way that they lead the exiting gas flow in the suction direction: the channels 31, 32.
