Description
Zuftbefeuehtungsvorrichtung. Die Erfindung betrifft eine Luftbefeuch- tungsvorrichtung, wie solche zum Beispiel in Textilfabriken Verwendung finden, und be steht darin, dass die Vorrichtung die Ver mischung von Druckluft und Wasser bewir kende Streudüsen aufweist, und mit Mitteln versehen ist, durch welche die Luft, bevor sie in den Wasserstrahl gelangt, in Drehung versetzt wird. Das Ganze kann derart aus gebildet sein, dass die drehende Bewegung der Luft durch mindestens ein zwischen einer Wasserdüse und einer Luftdüse eingesetztes, mit schraubenförmig verlaufenden Kanälen versehenes Leitorgan bewirkt wird. Das vor teilhafterweise als auswechselbarer Einsatz ausgebildete Leitorgan kann verstellbar an geordnet sein.
Auch die Luftdüse kann ver stellbar angeordnet sein. Die Wasserdüse kann als Führung für das Leitorgan dienen.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungs gegenstandes ist auf der Zeichnung, und zwar in Fig. 1 im Schnitt dargestellt. Fig. 2 zeigt einen Schnitt nach der Ebene a-a der Fig. 1 und Fig. 3 das Leitorgan von der Seite. Im Düsenkörper 1 der Streu- oder Zer- stäuberdüsen, welchem das Wasser durch die Leitung 2, die Zerstäubungsluft durch die Leitung 3 zugeführt wird, ist die Wasser düse 4 im innern Teil, und die Luftdüse 5 im äussern Teil eingeschraubt. Um die Stel lung der Luftdüse in beliebiger Lage fixieren zu können, ist eine Stellmutter 6 vorgesehen.
Zwischen der Wasserdüse 4 und der Luft düse 5 ist ein als auswechselbarer Einsatz ausgebildetes Leitorgan 7 eingeschraubt, für welches die Wasserdüse als Führung dient. Die Lage dieses Leitorgans,, welches mit schraubenförmig verlaufenden Kanälen 8 ver sehen ist, kann beliebig verändert werden, so dass es näher oder weiter vom Düsenende entfernt angeordnet sein kann.
Indem das unter Druck aus der Leitung 2 strömende Wasser mit der durch die Leitung 3 eingeführten Drucskluft vermischt wird und der Druckluft vor der Vermischung mit dem Wasser eine drehende Bewegung erteilt wird, erfolgt eine sehr gute Zerstäubung des Was- sers, so dass auf keinen Fall eine schädliche Tropfenbildung eintritt.

The whole can be formed in such a way that the rotating movement of the air is brought about by at least one guide element which is inserted between a water nozzle and an air nozzle and is provided with helically extending channels. The guide element, which is designed as an interchangeable insert, can be adjusted to be arranged.
The air nozzle can also be arranged to be adjustable. The water nozzle can serve as a guide for the guide element.
An embodiment of the subject invention is shown in the drawing, namely in Fig. 1 in section. FIG. 2 shows a section along the plane a-a of FIG. 1 and FIG. 3 shows the guide element from the side. In the nozzle body 1 of the scattering or atomizing nozzles, to which the water is fed through the line 2 and the atomizing air through the line 3, the water nozzle 4 is screwed into the inner part and the air nozzle 5 into the outer part. In order to be able to fix the stel development of the air nozzle in any position, an adjusting nut 6 is provided.
Between the water nozzle 4 and the air nozzle 5, designed as a replaceable insert guide member 7 is screwed, for which the water nozzle serves as a guide. The position of this guide element, which is seen ver with helically extending channels 8, can be changed as desired so that it can be arranged closer or further away from the nozzle end.
Since the water flowing under pressure from the line 2 is mixed with the pressure air introduced through the line 3 and the compressed air is given a rotating movement before it is mixed with the water, the water is very well atomized, so that under no circumstances harmful drop formation occurs.
