Description

  

  Verfahren zur     Herstellung    eines     Honoazofarbstoffes.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist  ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Monoazo-          farbstoffes.    Das Verfahren ist dadurch ge  kennzeichnet,     dass    man     5-Nitro-.2-aminophenol          diazotiert    und die     Diazoverbindung    mit     Py-          Tetrahydro-7-oxynaphthochinolin    in saurer  Lösung kuppelt.

   Der erhaltene neue Farb  stoff färbt     Acetatseide    in grünstickig     blauen     Tönen von     guter        Atzbarkeit.     



       Beispiel:     15,4 Gewichtsteile     5-Nitro-2-aminophenol     werden in salzsaurer Lösung mit einer wäs  serigen Lösung von 6,9     Gewichtsteilen    Na  triumnitrit     diazotiert.    Die     Suspension        ider          Diazoverbindung    wird eingegossen in eine  wässerige Lösung     von,        2,3,

  5        Gewichtsteilen          Py    -     Tetrahydro    - 7 -     oxynaphthochinolinchlor-          hydrat.    Nach 12stündigem     Rühren    ist die    Kupplung beendet, und der     ausgefallene     Farbstoff wird durch Filtration isoliert. Auf       Aoetatseide    in üblicher     Weise        gefärbt    er  zeugt er ein     klares    grünstickiges Blau, das  gut     ätzbar    ist.

Der erhaltene neue Farbstoff färbt Ace- tatselde in grünstickig blauen Tönen von guter Ätzbarkeit.
