Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Monoazofarbstoffes.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden     Patentes    ist  ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Mono  azofarbstoffes. Das Verfahren ist dadurch  gekennzeichnet, dass man     2.4-Dinitro-6-brom-          anilin        :diazotiert        und    die     Diazoverbindung    mit       Py-Tetrahydro-7-oxynaphthochinolin    in sau  rer Lösung kuppelt.  



  Der erhaltene neue Farbstoff färbt auf       Acetatseide    aus dem Seifenbade ein Grün von  guten Eigenschaften.  



       Beispiel:          2-6,2    Gewichtsteile     2,4-Dinitro-6-bromanilin     werden in 100 Gewichtsteilen konzentrierter  Schwefelsäure 60       Be    mit einer 6,9 Gewichts  teilen     Natriumnitrit    entsprechenden Menge       Nitrosylschwefelsäure        diazotiert;    die erhal  tene stark schwefelsaure     Diazolösung    lässt  man einfliessen in eine wässerige Lösung von  23,5 Gewichtsteilen Py-Tetrahydro-7-oxy-         naphthochinolinchlorhydrat;    die Kupplung       ist    nach dem Zugeben der     Diazolösung    be  endet.

   In üblicher Weise isoliert, färbt der  Farbstoff auf     Acetatseide    aus dem Seifen  bade ein     Grün    von guten Eigenschaften.
