Description
Heizklammer zur Herstellung von Dauerwellen. Die Erfindung betrifft eine Heizklammer zur Herstellung von Haardauerwellen mit zwei spreizbaren Schalenhälften.
Es ist bekannt, zylindrische Heizkörper zur Herstellung von Haardauerwellen aus keramischem Werkstoff anzufertigen, jedoch bestehen diese aus mehreren Hülsen. bezw. Schichten, um die elektrischen Heizkörper drähte ,gegeneinander zu isolieren. Infolge dessen sind sie umständlich in der Herstel lung.
Der Erfindungsgegenstand besteht dem gegenüber aus einer Heizklammer, deren Schalenhälften einteilig aus keramischem Werkstoff hergestellt sind und eine oder mehrere Aussparungen, wie z. B.
Längs- oder Querschlitze oder Längs- oder Querbohrungen aufweisen, in welchen Heizwiderstände mit oder ohne Isolation angeordnet sind. Zum Anschluss der Heizklammer an die elektrische Leitung sind zweckmässig Steckerstifte an den Griffschenkeln der Heizklammer vorge sehen.
Um die Heizwirkung zu verstärken, können, in jeder Schalenhälfte mehrere Heiz- elemente in beliebiger Ausführung angeord net sein.
Die Zeichnung veranschaulicht zwei Aus- führungsbeispiele des Erfindungsgegenstan- des, und zwar zeigt: Fig. 1 eine Heizklammer aus keramischem Material mit in Aussparungen eingesetzten Heizelementen, Fig. 2 einen Querschnitt durch .diese Heizkl@amm-er;
Fig. 3 zeigt die Vorderansicht einer kera mischen heizklammer mit Längsbohrungen, in welche Heizspiralen eingelegt sind, wie Fig. 4 in einer Längsansicht mit einer ausgebrochenen Stelle näher darstellt.
Die beidem dargestellten Heizklammern weisen zwei aneinander angelenkte und daher spreizbare Schalenhälften a und b und zwei daran vorgesehene Griffschenkel c und d auf. Die Schalenhälften a und b bestehen aus keramischem Material und sind einteilig hergestellt. :
Sie weisen je eine Aussparung ex (Fig. 1 und 2) oder mehrere Längsbohrungen e2, <I>i, 7e</I> (F'ig. 3 und 4) auf, in welche elek trische Heizelemente h' eingelegt bezw. Heiz drähte h' eingeschoben sind.
Die elektrische Zuleitung erfolgt beim Ausführungsbeispiel gemäss Fig. 1 und 2 über in den Griffschenkeln c und d angeord nete Steckerstifte g und eine die Heizele- mente hl in Serie schaltende Verbindungslei tung m. Sie kann aber auch, wie in Fig. 3 und 4 gezeigt ist, über an der Aussenseite der Schalenhälften vorgesehene Steekerstifte g erfolgen.
Anstatt Längsbohrungen, wie oben er wähnt, könnten an den beiden Schalenhälften ausser Längsschlitzen auch Querbohrungen oder Querschlitze zur Aufnahme der elektri schen Heizwiderstände vorgesehen sein.
Die dargestellten Heizklammern zeichnen sich durch ihre billige Herstellung aus, da keine besondere Isolation nach aussen hin nötig ist, während anderseits die keramischen Schalen einen guten Wärmespeicher für die von den Heizelementen ausgestrahlte Hitze darstellen. Diese Heizklammern zeichnen sich ferner durch ihr geringes Gewicht aus.

Fig. 3 shows the front view of a ceramic mix heating clip with longitudinal bores, in which heating coils are inserted, as shown in FIG. 4 in a longitudinal view with a broken point.
The two heating clips shown have two hinged and therefore expandable shell halves a and b and two handle legs c and d provided thereon. The shell halves a and b are made of ceramic material and are made in one piece. :
They each have a recess ex (Fig. 1 and 2) or several longitudinal bores e2, <I> i, 7e </I> (FIGS. 3 and 4), into which electrical heating elements h 'inserted or. Heating wires h 'are inserted.
In the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 1 and 2, the electrical supply takes place via plug pins g arranged in the handle legs c and d and a connecting line m which connects the heating elements hl in series. However, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, it can also take place via Steek pins g provided on the outside of the shell halves.
Instead of longitudinal bores, as mentioned above, transverse bores or transverse slots for receiving the electrical heating resistors could be provided on the two shell halves in addition to longitudinal slots.
The heating clips shown are characterized by their inexpensive production, since no special external insulation is necessary, while, on the other hand, the ceramic shells represent a good heat store for the heat emitted by the heating elements. These heating clips are also characterized by their low weight.
