Aus zwei Schalen bestehende Heizklammer zur Herstellung von Haardauerwellen.
Die Erfindung betrifft eine aus keramischem Werkstoff bestehende Heizklammer zur Herstellung von Haardauerwellen. Es ist bekannt, zylindrische Heizkörper zur Herstellung von Haardauerwellen aus keramischem Werkstoff anzufertigen, jedoch bestehen diese aus mehreren Hülsen bzw.
Schichten, um die Heizkörperdrähte gegeneinander zu isolieren. Infolgedessen sind sie umständlich in der Herstellung.
Der Erfindungsgegenstand besteht demgegenüber aus einer Heizklammer, deren Schalen einteilig aus keramischem Werkstoff hergestellt sind und Aussparungen, Längs-oder Querschlitze bzw.
Längs-oder Querbohrungen aufweisen, in welche Heizelemente mit oder ohne Isolation angeordnet werden. An den Griffschenkeln sind elektrische Steckerstifte zum Anschluss an die Leitung vorgesehen.
Um die Heizwirkung zu verstärken, können in jeder Schale mehrere Heizelemente in beliebiger Ausführung angeordnet werden.
Die Heizklammern gemäss der Erfindung zeichnen sich einerseits durch die Billigkeit ihrer Herstellung aus, da keine besondere Isolation nach aussen hin nötig ist, anderseits stellen sie einen guten Wärmespeicher für die von den Heizelementen ausgestrahlte Hitze dar. Ein weiterer Vorteil der neuen Heizklammern ist ihr geringes Gewicht.
Die Zeichnung veranschaulicht Ausführungsbeispiele des Erfindungsgegenstandes, u. zw. zeigt Fig. 1 eine Heizklammer aus keramischem Material mit in Aussparungen eingesetzten Heizelementen ; Fig. 2 zeigt einen Querschnitt durch eine Heizklammer gemäss Fig. 1 ; Fig. 3 zeigt die Vorderansicht einer keramischen Heizklammer mit Längsbohrungen, in welche Heizspiralen in der aus Fig. 4 ersichtlichen Weise eingelegt sind.
Die neuen Heizklammern bestehen in bekannter Weise aus zwei Schalenhälften a und b und zwei Griffschenkeln c und d. Die Schalenhälften a und b bestehen aus keramischem Material und sind einteilig hergestellt. Sie weisen erfindungsgemäss Aussparungen Cl (Fig. 1), Längs-oder Querschlitze oder Längs-oder Querbohrungen e2, i, k (Fig. 3) auf, in welche elektrische Heizelemente h, eingelegt bzw.
Heizdrähte h2 eingeschoben sind.
Die Zuleitung des elektrischen Stromes zu den Heizelementen erfolgt zweckmässig über in den Griffschenkeln d angeordnete Steckerstifte g und eine Verbindungsleitung m. Sie kann aber auch über an der Aussenseite der Schalenhälften angebrachte Steckerstifte gl erfolgen.
PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Aus zwei Schalen bestehende Heizklammer zur Herstellung von Haardauerwellen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Schale einteilig aus keramischem Werkstoff hergestellt ist und beliebig geformte Aussparungen (Ih) oder Bohrungen (e2) aufweist, in welche elektrische Heizwiderstände (k, h2) eingelegt sind.
