Rohr für Leitunga-und IsolationMwecke.
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Rohr für Leitungs-und Isolationszwecke, das aus einer Stoffbahn in mehreren Lagen gewickelt ist, die auf der einen Seite parallele Rillen aufweist, welche zur Aufnahme von Isolationsmasse bestimmt sind. Die Erfindung ist darin gelegen, dass diese Rillen parallel zur Rohrachse gerichtet sind und an den Enden des Rohres offene Hohlräume bilden, die mit Isolationsmasse gefüllt werden, wenn das Rohr fertig gewickelt ist.
Die Zeichnung veranschaulicht den Erfindungsgegenstand beispielsweise, und zwar zeigt sie den Querschnitt durch ein Rohr, das aus Wellpappe gewickelt ist.
Die Stoffbahn, aus welcher das dargestellte Rohr gewickelt ist, besteht aus Wellpappe, die sich, wie üblich, aus zwei aneinander befestigten Lagen a, b zusammensetzt, von denen die eine a derart gewellt ist, dass parallele Rillen d gebildet werden.
Die Herstellung eines Rohres aus solcher Wellpappe, welche vorher vorteilhaft mit der zu verwendenden Isoliermasse, z. B. Asphalt, zu imprägnieren und mit dem einen Ende ihrer dem Wickeldorn c zugekehrten Lage b an dem letzteren zu befestigen ist, erfolgt durch Aufwickelung auf den Dorn e derart, dass die Rillen d parallel zur Dornachse gerichtet sind. Diese Rillen bilden an den Enden des Rohres offene Hohlräume, die nach beendeter Wickelang des Rohres mit der bezügliche Isoliermasse c geführt werden.
Diese Füllung kann in bekannter Weise vorgenommen werden und findet am besten in einer Autoklav unter Verwendung von Vakuum und hinreichend flüssiger Isoliermasse statt.
Das Rohr zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass zwischen den einzelnen Stofflagen eine verhältnismässig grosse Menge von Isoliermasse eingebettet und das Rohr einfach und billig hergestellt werden kann. Anstatt Wellpappe kann eine andere, einseitig mit parallelen Rillen versehene Stoffbahn bekannter Art verwendet werden.

The invention relates to a pipe for conduction and insulation purposes, which is wound from a web of material in several layers, which has parallel grooves on one side, which are intended to receive insulation material. The invention is based on the fact that these grooves are directed parallel to the pipe axis and form open cavities at the ends of the pipe, which are filled with insulation compound when the pipe is completely wound.

The web of material from which the tube shown is wound consists of corrugated cardboard which, as usual, is composed of two layers a, b attached to one another, of which one a is corrugated in such a way that parallel grooves d are formed.
The production of a tube from such corrugated cardboard, which is previously advantageous with the insulating compound to be used, for. B. asphalt to be impregnated and to be attached to the latter with one end of its position b facing the winding mandrel c, is carried out by winding onto the mandrel e in such a way that the grooves d are directed parallel to the mandrel axis. These grooves form open cavities at the ends of the tube, which are guided after the winding length of the tube with the relevant insulating compound c.
This filling can be done in a known manner and is best done in an autoclave using a vacuum and sufficiently liquid insulating material.
