Support body for electrical components assembled from individual insulating parts
Heating resistors The support body for electrical heating resistors, especially for
Heating coils are usually made of ceramic material such as porcelain, steatite, etc.,
manufactured. In a known embodiment, the heating resistors are in external
Longitudinal grooves or in zigzag longitudinal bores lying within the support body
relocated. The support body itself can be assembled from several parts
be. The attachment of the heating resistors on such support bodies is because of the
Threading the heating conductor into the grooves or holes provided is not only time-consuming,
but also difficult because of the numerous sharp kinks in the conductor.
In order to get out of the way of these difficulties, the heating resistors were also made
often wound as coils on a support rod. On this in order to
The spacing of the individual conductor turns can be provided with helical grooves.
The grooved bars could be made from one piece
will you
but could also be made from -individual similarly worked flat plates with medium,
a foot having a hole and a slot on the circumference for a single turn
be put together. The disadvantage of the first version was the difficult one
Manufacture of the ceramic body and in both versions; that the heating resistor ends
were on different sides of the support body. A lead out after the same
Side of the support body was not easily possible with these arrangements.
The object of the invention is to provide a remedy here. she makes
also use of an assembled from - individual insulating parts
Carrying body, which consists of individual similar flat plates with a middle, one
Bore having foot is stacked. According to the invention are in each
arranged on opposite sides of the circumference slots, preferably up to
reach the plate foot.
The invention is to be explained in more detail with reference to the drawing, which shows the overall structure of the support body according to the invention partially in section in FIG will. The individual plate bodies are denoted by i, the head cap closing the support body at the top with 2 and the foot part with 3. At 4 a clamping bolt holding the individual parts of the support body together is indicated. The individual plates consist of the flat plate rim 5 and the plate foot 6. On the plate rim, the slots 7 and 8 are provided on opposite sides of the circumference. Your incision depth is preferably up to the plate foot. At the slots, the plate wall 9 is obliquely towards the foot end, and specifically lowered appropriately at about 45 °. At the top at io and at the bottom at ii, an annular trough is attached to the flat plate rim 5. This is also continued in the inclined wall part 9. The individual plates sit with their feet on the adjacent plate top. In order to achieve a secure hold, the foot part has protruding ramps that engage in recesses in the neighboring plate. In the illustrated embodiment, for. B. an annular collar 12 is provided which engages in an annular recess 13 on the plate upper part of the neighboring plate. The inclined wall part can also have nose projections 14 which come to rest in grooves 15 of the neighboring plate during assembly. The individual plate bodies are i can be seen with its central bore 17, as shown in Figs., Mounted on a clamping bolt ¢, is provided on the top of a one- groove 16 having the head cap 2, while the lower end the leg 3, the upper part of the same How- the plate top is formed represents. Two openings i9 and 2o, which run in the axial direction of the clamping bolt, are provided in the foot piece. These two openings are used to lead through the two heating coil ends. By means of nuts 21 placed on the clamping bolt, the whole thing can be screwed together to form a solid support body, in whose groove-shaped recesses io, iz, which together with the grooves of the neighboring plates complement to form a ring channel, the heating coil is inserted as long as the individual parts are still sitting loosely on the clamping bolt. The heating coil is inserted as a bifilar coil, so its middle part comes out. to lie in the groove io of the top plate, while the two strands of the helix are progressively wound counterclockwise through the slots of the individual plates onto the next plate until the ends of the helix are led out through the two foot openings i9, 2o.
The support body according to the invention is advantageous in various respects.
Above all, it is possible for him to wind up the heating coil in a bifilar manner. Come through this
the two helical ends on the same side of the support body out of this
and can therefore be connected to the power line on the same side. Further
Advantageous is the most favorable shape of the single plate, which is inclined in spite of the
running wall at the transfer slots by means of simple, cheap molded parts
can be produced. Because the individual plates have projections and centering parts
have that interlock, there is a self-assembly when you assemble
Fixation against each other. But this means that a twisting of the plate and thus
any damage to the inserted heating coils is completely excluded.
