Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines heterocyklischen Kondensationsproduktes. Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines heterocykli- schen Kondensationsproduktes, dadurch ge kennzeichnet, dass man 4.5-Benzothionaph- thenchinon mit Anilin inn Gegenwart einer Mineralsäure auf höhere Temperaturen er hitzt.
Das so erhaltene neue Kondensations produkt kristallisiert aus Monoehlorbenzol in Form grünlichgelber mikroskopischer Kri stalle, die oberhalb 300 C schmelzen, es ist in Säuren löslich und enthält zwei diazotier- bare Aminogruppen. Es soll als Zwischen- produkt zur Herstellung von Farbstoffen und pharmazeutischen Produkten Verwendung finden.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 34 kg 4. 5 - Benzo - thionaphthenchinon werden mit 66 kg Anilin und 3,0 Liter ver dünnte Schwefelsäure oder Salzsäure im Rührautoklaven auf 140 bis<B>150'</B> C erhitzt und während mehrerer Stunden bei dieser Temperatur gehalten. Dann wird das Reak tionsprodukt sodaalkalisch gestellt und der Anilinüberschuss mit Wasserdampf abgebla sen. Der Rückstand wird abgesaugt, in ver dünnter Salzsäure ,gelöst, filtriert und mit Alkali wieder abgeschieden.
