Element zur Bedeckung von Dachfirsten. Die Erfindung betrifft ein Element zur Bedeckung von Dachfirsten und besteht darin, dass das Element mit Aussparungen versehen ist. Diese Aussparungen haben den Zweck, der unter dem Dach befindlichen Luft einen Abzug ins Freie zu gestatten und dadurch die Latten und Balken der Bedachung gegen Fäulnis zu schützen.
Zwei Ausführungsbeispiele des Erfindungs gegenstandes und die Verwendung eines der selben sind nachstehend anhand der Zeichnung näher erläutert.
Fig. 1 zeigt einen Dachfirst, der mit Ele menten gemäss Fig. 2 und 4 gedeckt ist; Fig. 2 veranschaulicht in Draufsicht ein erstes Ausführungsbeispiel, und Fig. 3 in Draufsicht ein zweites Ausfüh rungsbeispiel des Elementes selbst; Fig. 4 stellt einen Schnitt des Elementes nach Fig. 2 durch die Ebene III-III dar; Fig. 5 stellt einen Schnitt des Elementes nach Fig. 3 durch die Ebene V-V dar;
Fig. 6 endlich veranschaulicht einen Schnitt durch den in Fig. 1 dargestellten Dachfirst. Die zur Bedeckung des in Fig. 1 darge stellten Dachfirstes verwendeten Elemente 1 sind aus gebranntem Ton in der Grundform der bekannten Firstziegel hergestellt. An den Längskanten der Firstziegel 1 sind Ausspa rungen 4 angeordnet, so dass die Erhöhungen 5 entstehen, mit denen die Firstziegel 1 auf den Firstanschlussziegeln 2 abgestützt werden.
Der Firstziegel 1 (Fig. 2 und 4) besitzt in seiner untern Längskante Aussparungen 4, durch die Erhöhungen 5 entstehen.
Der Firstziegel 1 (Fig. 3 und 5) besitzt im Vollen des Elementes Aussparungen 4, welche sich schlitzartig in Längsrichtung erstrecken.
Die Wirkung des Firstziegels, bei dessen Verwendung in der in Fig. 6 dargestellten Weise ist folgende: Bei schlechtem Wetter kann sich in den Räumen 6 unter dem Dach feuchte Luft bilden, welche, wenn sie nicht entweichen könnte, die Latten und Balken leicht zum Faulen bringen würde. Durch die Ausspa rungen der Firstziegel 1 sind nun Öffnungen geschaffen, durch welche im Sinn der Pfeile 7 und 8 die feuchte Luft aus dem Innern des Daches ins Freie austreten kann. Unter den einzelnen Elementen des Daches, das heisst zwischen deu Dachrafen, entsteht eine Luftströmung, die einzelne Wirbel erzeugt. Die Wirbel bestreichen dann im Sinn der eingezeichneten Pfeile die Ziegel und die Dachlatten.
Dadurch wird das Ansammeln von feuchtwarmer Luft unter dem Dach und damit die Latten- beziehungsweise Balken fäulnis vermieden.
Bei Luftströmung ausserhalb des Daches ist es auch möglich, dass die Luft auf der einen Seite des Firstziegels unter das Dach eintritt und auf der andern austritt, wobei die unter dem Dach befindliche Atmosphäre abgesaugt wird.
Selbstverständlich kann für das Element zur Bedeckung des Dachfirstes auch ein an-_ derer Baustoff verwendet werden, beispiels weise Eternit, Blech oder andere für Be dachungen geeignete Stoffe.

Finally, FIG. 6 illustrates a section through the roof ridge shown in FIG. The elements 1 used to cover the ridge shown in Fig. 1 Darge are made of fired clay in the basic shape of the known ridge tiles. Recesses 4 are arranged on the longitudinal edges of the ridge tiles 1, so that the elevations 5 are created, with which the ridge tiles 1 are supported on the ridge connection tiles 2.
The ridge tile 1 (FIGS. 2 and 4) has recesses 4 in its lower longitudinal edge, through which elevations 5 are created.
The ridge tile 1 (Fig. 3 and 5) has recesses 4 throughout the element, which extend in the longitudinal direction like a slot.
The effect of the ridge tile when it is used in the manner shown in FIG. 6 is as follows: In bad weather, moist air can form in the rooms 6 under the roof, which, if it cannot escape, the slats and beams can easily rot would bring. Through the Ausspa ments of the ridge tile 1 openings are now created through which the moist air can escape from the inside of the roof into the open in the direction of the arrows 7 and 8. Under the individual elements of the roof, that is, between the roof bars, an air flow is created that creates individual eddies. The vertebrae then line the tiles and the roof battens in the direction of the arrows.
This avoids the accumulation of warm, humid air under the roof and thus the rotting of the slats and beams.
With air flow outside the roof, it is also possible that the air enters under the roof on one side of the ridge tile and exits on the other, with the atmosphere under the roof being sucked off.
Of course, another building material can also be used for the element for covering the roof ridge, for example Eternit, sheet metal or other materials suitable for roofing.
