Device for ventilating and ventilating a roof covered with a pan
Roof space, consisting of one between two roof tiles, some of which are lying on top of each other
arranged intermediate layer The invention relates to a device for venting and venting
a roof space covered with a pantile roof, which consists of one between two
in part, there is an intermediate layer arranged on top of one another.
For this purpose, T-shaped pipe pieces are used as an intermediate layer between
two roof tiles lying one above the other known, in which the one forming the T-post
Pipe forms a roof-down passage, which is below on the outside
the lower pan opens out into the open. The pipe connects to its upper end
the cross tube forming the T-arms, which is inside the roof space under the top of the
two roof tiles and is open at its ends towards the roof space.
The object on which the invention is based is to provide a device
to create the type mentioned, the production of which is easier than that
the known intermediate layer used for ventilation purposes.
This object is achieved according to the invention in that the ventilation
Intermediate layer to be inserted made of a profiled flat piece adapted to the pan curvature
is formed, which has elevations on its upper side, which air passages
create between the overlapping tiles.
The surveys of the simply z. B. can be produced by pressing or sharpening
Flat pieces can be rib-shaped or hemispherical, depending on the choice, without difficulty
carry out. The flow cross-section can also easily be adapted to the respective ventilation requirement
sized accordingly, e.g. B. by juxtaposing a corresponding number
of intermediate layers of given normal width. For the height of the air outlets are hardly
lower limits set; it can at least be below the crawl height of pests,
such as B. that of the house buck, can be held without affecting the ventilation effect.
The insertion of the intermediate layers according to the invention is also like the production
very easy and economical. The intermediate layers can be placed between the intended
Pairs of pans in their final position immediately before the pan joints are wiped
inserted in such a way that the grout over the inside of the over
the top edge of the covered roof tiles protruding intermediate layers away
can be executed. For this reason, the ones that create the air outlets
Elevations are provided on the top of the flat pieces.
It is advantageous to have the longitudinal edges of the intermediate layers in their upper
Part to turn towards the roof for about half of its total length. This creates
a shoulder between the bent and the straight part of the longitudinal edges, the one without
other aids a reliable position lock for the intermediate layer on the
forms the upper edge of the lower roof tile. The weight of the top pan prevents it
any unintentional lifting of the intermediate layer.
It is also advisable to use the upper transverse edge of the intermediate layer as well
turn towards the roof. This allows, in addition to ventilation, on the underside
the roof tile draining water, z. B. condensation water, from the roof interior to the
Safely divert the outside of the roof through the air outlets. That is the one
upper transverse edge of the intermediate layer according to the invention bent towards the roof, then
it forms a kind of collecting funnel for the draining water.
Exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown in the drawing. 1 shows a part of the roof with an intermediate layer corresponding to the invention in section, FIG. 2 shows the part of the roof containing the intermediate layer according to FIG. 1 on a larger scale, FIG. 3 shows an embodiment of an intermediate layer, FIG. 4 shows another embodiment an intermediate layer and FIG. 5 shows a longitudinal section through the intermediate layer according to FIG. 3 along the line xx.
der Zwischenlage Z her eingepreßt.
kommt. In Figs. 1 and 2, an intermediate layer Z corresponding to the invention is shown between two superposed roof tiles 1, which causes the ventilation and at the same time the water drainage and is designed according to the pan shape of the respective roof. The roof tiles 1 are suspended from the roof battens 2 with their nose 3. In the z. B. made of galvanized sheet metal or made of plastic intermediate layers Z, which are trough-shaped according to the roof tile shape assumed in the example shown, are rib-shaped elevations 8 (Fig. 3) or 12 (Fig. 4) or hemispherical elevations 13 (Fig. 4 ) of small diameter pressed in from the back of the intermediate layer Z. The elevations 8,12,13 create between the roof tiles 1, roof-inwardly directed passages 5. In the example according to FIG Support with which the intermediate layer Z, as can be seen from FIG. 2, is supported on the upper edge of the lower roof tile 1. The lower part 7 of the longitudinal edges lies, as FIG. 2 shows, between the upper and lower roof tiles 1 and is secured against unwanted changes in position by the weight of the former. In addition, the grout 4 , which is common when laying roof tiles, can also be carried out over the back of the intermediate layer Z in the case of the lower pan 1, on which the lower part of the intermediate layer Z rests, and in turn contribute to its secure hold. As mentioned, the passages 5 between the elevations 8, 12, 13 allow the air and also the water running off the underside of the roof tiles 1 free passage to the outside of the roof covering. The upper transverse edge of the intermediate layer Z, as shown in Figs. 1, 2,3 and 5 9, dacheinwärts bent, it forms a kind of collecting funnel for the running on the underside of the roof tiles 1 water. In the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 4, the securing of the position of the intermediate layer Z is not ensured by its design, but rather by connecting it to a storm hook St, as is often used in pan roofs.
