Elongated anchor watch movement with winding. The object of the invention is a winding anchor watch movement, of elongated shape, for example of rectangular shape, and the barrel of which drives the escapement pinion by means of three finishing wheels each comprising a pinion and a wheel.
In accordance with the main patent, the second of the three mobiles mentioned is located near the winding pinion, so that its wheel (small mean wheel) passes between said winding pinion and a bridge of the frame of the movement, this pinion of winder - being housed in the thickness of the frame plate.
When this arrangement is adopted for watch movements having a direct-effect winding and time-setting mechanism, it is easily understandable that the screw serving as the journal for the zipper can no longer occupy its usual location, because it is hidden by the small medium wheel and would therefore be inaccessible.
In the movement according to the invention, this drawback has been avoided, by the fact that the pull tab is fixed to a journal fitted in the plate and movable along its axis, this journal being held in the plate and being able to be controlled according to its axis by means of a movable flange housed in the plate and controlled by a return screw placed outside the field of rotation of the wheel of the second mobile (small average wheel) mentioned.
The accompanying drawing shows ,. by way of example, one embodiment of the mechanism according to the invention.
Fig. 1 shows it in front elevation; Fig. 2 is a section along the line II-II of FIG. 1.
In the drawing, we can see the plate 4, the barrel bridge 5, the finishing bridge 6, the small medium wheel 15 and the winding pinion 29 mounted on a square of the winding stem 30. The pinion 29 is com - ordered, as usual, by a return of the toggle mechanism.
In the groove 31 of the remon toir rod is engaged the spout 32 of the zipper 34 pivoted in the plate 4 by a journal 35 screwed into the zipper. The journal is freely adjusted in a hole in the plate so that it can perform a limited axial movement, allowing the pull tab 34 to be released, by its beak 32, from the groove 31 of the. winding stem. Furthermore. the journal 35 is held in the plate 4 by a flange 36, one end of which falls 36 'is engaged in a groove 35' of the journal. The flange 36 also serves to impart to the journal the axial movement required for the release of the pull tab 32.
For this purpose, the flange 36 is housed in a recess 37 of the plate and has the lateral play necessary for its operation; it is freely adjusted and guided, by its left end, on the surface of a screw 38 screwed into the plate 4. The flange 36 is mounted on the threaded part of a return screw 39 pivoted in the plate 4 and comprising a collar 39 'held between the plate and the barrel bridge 5.
The return screw 39 is located outside the field of rotation of the small medium wheel 15, which allows access to this screw without being hampered by the wheel 15 and to actuate it using a screwdriver to imparting to the flange 36 the lateral translational movement required to control the journal 35 and the pull tab 34.
