Detachable connection between the upper ball on hydraulic tilting devices of vehicles and the vehicle bridge to be tilted. Hydraulic lifting devices for tilting pen of vehicle bridges, welehe above and below for the purpose of agility on all sides with balls are known. The lower ball of such presses rests in a ball socket, which is firmly connected to the Fahrzeugge alternate, while the upper ball sits in a ball socket that is screwed to the vehicle bridge to be tilted. This connection of the upper ball of the hydraulic tilting device with the vehicle bridge to be tilted can only be loosened with great difficulty in the previous versions or the ball is then not held well enough and there is a risk of the ball tearing out of the ball socket.
(Such a cumbersome detachable connection is particularly disadvantageous when the vehicle bridge has to be lifted off very often, which is the case as soon as a vehicle is to be used for several purposes. Recently, however, such combined vehicles are used more and more. The present invention is intended The connection between the upper ball of hydraulic tilting devices and the vehicle bridge to be tilted according to the invention can be released quickly and easily without the aid of tools. There is no risk of the ball being torn out of the ball socket .
In addition, the detachable connection between the ball and the vehicle bridge is built in such a way that not a single component has to be removed when the connection is released, i.e. nothing can ever be misplaced or lost.
In the accompanying drawing, the subject matter of the invention is shown in an exemplary embodiment, namely: Fig. 1 shows a vertical section through the releasable connection in the coupled state, Fig. 2 the ball socket alone, Fig. 3 the upper ball of the hydraulic tilting device with coupling ring in ent - coupled condition; Fig. 4 shows the nose shape of the coupling ring.
According to the drawing, 1 is the vehicle bridge to be tilted; 2 the pressure piston of the hydraulic lifting device and 3 the upper ball on the same. This ball is screwed onto your threaded pin of the pressure piston and secured with a split pin 4. 5 is the ball socket, which is firmly screwed to the vehicle bridge. 6 are, lugs on the ball socket 5 and on the coupling ring 7, which come to lie one above the other in the coupled state.
This coupling ring has a circular opening which is adapted to the ball and which is smaller than the ball diameter, so that this coupling ring can only be removed from the pressure piston after the upper ball has been unscrewed. 8 is a slot in the coupling ring, in which a foldable fuse 9 engages and thereby prevents the connection from loosening. A pin 10, which is under spring action, holds the foldable fuse in the closed position (Fig. 1), and in the open position (Fig. 2). If the releasable connection between the upper ball of the tilting device and the vehicle bridge to be tilted is to be solved, only the fuse 9 has to be brought into the position of FIG. 2 and the coupling ring rotated by a maximum of 90 degrees.
If the coupling ring and ball socket are each provided with more than two lugs 6, a rotation of the coupling ring by less than 90 degrees is sufficient to release the connection between the tilting device and the bridge.
