Gewichtes unten an.
Method and device for recirculating the oil carried away from the compressor by refrigeration machines. In the known refrigeration machines, in which a compressor presses the refrigerant into a condenser, from where it passes via a reducing valve into an evaporator and from here back to the compressor, it is necessary to ensure that the lubricant is used for the moving parts of the compressor 01, which is entrained when the refrigerant emerges from the compressor, does not get into the evaporator, but is instead fed back to the lubrication points of the compressor.
Otherwise, over time, such an amount of the lubricant would accumulate in the evaporator that the evaporator would no longer be able to perform its actual task. In addition, lubricant would be continuously withdrawn from the compressor and these losses would have to be compensated by refilling. This should be avoided, in particular in the case of the refrigeration machines used for refrigerators, which are usually operated and maintained by technically unskilled persons.
The subject of the invention is a process according to which the 01 entrained from the compressor is separated from the refrigerant circuit before the liquefied refrigerant enters the evaporator, collected and returned directly to the suction side of the compressor, bypassing the evaporator Device for carrying out this process, consisting of an Olah separator connected to the refrigerant circulation line with a drain connected to the suction side of the compressor, which is closed by a drain valve while the refrigeration machine is in operation,
which is actuated by a force occurring when the refrigeration machine is started up.
In the drawing, an example embodiment is shown schematically in three variants. In Fig. 1, 1 is the oil separator connected behind the compressor in the circuit line of the refrigerant. This is provided with an intermediate wall 2, which forces the refrigerant coming from the compressor, entering through the nozzle 3, to a sharp deflection on its way to the nozzle 4 leading to the compressor, where oil particles are separated out by the entrained oil particles.
The separated oil collects in the lower part of the separator. This is provided at its lowest point with an opening 5 designed as a valve seat, to which the line 6 leading directly to the suction side of the compressor (for example to its crank space) connects. The opening 5 is normally closed by the valve cone 7. With this cone, which is guided at 8, an iron body 9 is connected. A coil 10, which is connected to the armature circuit of the compressor drive motor, is arranged around the separator.
The weight of the iron body is so dimensioned that the armature current that occurs during normal operation is not sufficient to lift the iron body; the starting current, on the other hand, opens the valve so that the 01 collected is sucked in through the line 6 from the compressor. As soon as the drive motor has reached its normal speed, the armature current goes back to its normal value and the valve 7 closes again. The short-circuiting of the compressor during start-up also has the advantage that the motor reaches full speed very quickly and without excessively increasing armature current.
In the arrangement shown in FIG. 2, the caer container 12, in which the float of a reducing valve is located, is designed as an oil separator. For this purpose, the bottom of the float tank 12 is raised in the middle and there forms the seat for the float valve 13, through which the liquefied refrigerant coming from the condenser and entering through the nozzle 14 flows to the evaporator. In the annular pan 16 thus formed, the oil collects because of its higher spec. Weight below.
The mouth 5 of the lead directly to the suction side of the compressor line 6 is closed by the valve cone 7 attached to the iron body 9 ge. This iron body is rotatably mounted at 17 and is raised by the coil 10, which is arranged around the float vessel, when the motor armature current rises above the normal value during start-up. As a result, the valve 5 is opened and the oil collected in the tub 16 flows through line 6 to the suction side of the compressor.
In the oil separator according to FIG. 3, when the refrigeration machine is started up on the suction side of the compressor, the Sang pressure arising respectively. Negative pressure is used to close the drain valve for the exuded oil in the oil separator, which is open when the refrigeration machine is at a standstill and thus allows the oil to flow back to the suction side of the compressor.
The oil separator 1 arranged behind the compressor is provided with an intermediate floor 18, in which a discharge opening 23 which is closed during operation by the valve cone 19 is located at the lowest point. The cone 19 is connected to the movable bottom 21 of a closed suspension body 20, the other end surface 22 of which is arranged immovably. A line 6 leads directly from the space 24 under the intermediate floor 18 to the suction side of the compressor. When the refrigeration machine comes to a standstill, the pressure in the entire system is equalized. The spring body 20 is then somewhat shortened so that the cone 19 exposes the opening 23 in the intermediate floor 18.
When the compressor starts up, the suction pressure is formed in space 24 under the intermediate floor, the spring body 20 consequently elongates and closes the opening 23, while the oil that had previously passed through the opening 23 flows back directly to the suction side of the compressor. The opening 23 is only dimensioned so large that the amount of refrigerant passing through when the compressor starts up does not prevent the formation of the suction pressure in the space 24.
In order to avoid that when the refrigerant escapes from the pipe 3 coming from the compressor, as a result of the sudden expansion, part of the refrigerant already condenses and collects in the oil separator, the inlet pipe 3 can, as shown in Fig. 3, in a coil run out, the wall is seen with a number of holes ver.
This gradually equalizes the pressure, and the heat of compression of the refrigerant is fed to the separator so that the refrigerant flowing through the separator only cools down to such an extent that only the oil vapors contained therein condense and are eliminated.
