Single use bottle for automotive oil. The present invention relates to a single-use sheet metal bottle for automobile oil, which has the shape of a truncated cone, for the purpose of being able to place the bottle with the narrower end in an oil tank neck to empty the oil. The bottle also has a closure plate which is fastened to the bottle by means of a flange attached to the same in such a way that the bottle can only be opened by destroying the closure.
Due to its conical body, the metal bottle can be placed in oil tank nozzles of various widths, whereby it is then held so securely by the nozzle alone that the driver can carry out other tasks during the time when the oil is completely draining from the bottle. The latter advantage is particularly noticeable compared to the common oil canisters.
The metal bottle is expediently mass-produced from thin sheet metal. In this case, its price is so low compared to the value of the oil it contains that it is not worthwhile to use the bottle again for the same purpose after the closure plate has been destroyed use. If the oil is only ever given to consumers in new bottles, then by checking the integrity of the closure there is a guarantee that they will receive the 01 they want.
In the drawing, the subject of the invention is shown for example, namely Fig. 1 shows a sheet metal bottle in vertical section, Fig. 2 in view, Fig. 3 in the pouring position.
The new metal bottle consists of a hull a, which is connected to a solid base by folding, and which has the shape of a truncated, slender cone.
The fuselage a tapers without any constriction to the upper edge, which has a flange b for attaching a closure plate c. This is after the bottle is filled, e.g. B. by folding, soldering or the like, firmly ver connected to the flange b, such that the closure only by destroying the same, z. B. can be opened by tearing or cutting open.
