Die Erfindung betrifft einen Behälter in Form eines Kegel- oder Pyramidenstulllpfes, u. zw. besteht das Neue darin, dass der zur Aufnahme von Automobilöl bestimmte Behälter die Form eines derart schlanken Kegel-oder Pyramidenstumpfes besitzt, dass er zum Zwecke des Entleerens des Öls mit dem engeren Ende, an dem sich die Öffnung befindet, in Öltankstutzen verschiedener Querschnittweiten hineingestellt werden kann, dass ferner der Behälter aus dünnem Blech besteht und überdies am Rande des engeren Endes einen nach aussen waagrecht abgebogenen Flansch aufweist, mit dem bei verschlossenem Behälter eine Verschlussplatte durch Löten, Falzen od. dgl. fest verbunden ist, so dass der Behälter, der nur zu einmaligem Gebrauch bestimmt ist, nur durch Zerstörung des Verschlusses geöffnet werden kann.
Es sind zwar bereits Flüssigkeitsbehälter, die eine konische Gestalt aufweisen, bekannt, doch dienen diese andern Zwecken und bestehen grösstenteils auch aus wenig festem Baustoff, z. B. Papier, und ihre konische Form spielt für den Gebrauchszweck keine besondere Rolle. Beim Gegenstand der Erfindung ist die vorgeschlagene Form das wesentliche Mittel zum Zweck, um den Automobilölbehälter umgekehrt in Oltankstutzen verschiedener Querschnittweiten hineinstellen zu können, wobei er dann allein von dem Stutzen so sicher festgehalten wird. dass der Fahrer während der Zeit, in der das Öl vollkommen aus dem Behälter läuft, andere Verrichtungen ausführen kann.
Die Blechflasche wird zweckmässig aus dünnem Blech als Massenartikel hergestellt und sind in diesem Fall ihre Herstellungskosten im Vergleich zu dem Wert des darin enthaltenen Öles so niedrig, dass es nicht lohnt, die Flasche nach dem Zerstören der Verschlussplatte nochmals für den gleichen Zweck zu verwenden. Wenn das Öl immer nur in neuen Flaschen an die Verbraucher abgegeben wird, so besteht ferner für diese durch Kontrolle der Unversehrtheit des Verschlusses die Gebühr, dass sie das von ihnen gewünschte Öl erhalten.
In der Zeichnung ist der Erfindungsgegenstand beispielsweise dargestellt, u. zw. zeigen : Fig. 1 eine Blechflasche in axialem Schnitt, Fig. 2 in Ansicht, Fig. 3 in der Ausgiessstellung.
Die neue Blechflasche besteht aus einem durch Falzen mit einem festen Boden verbundenen Rumpf a, der die Gestalt eines abgestumpften, schlanken Kegels hat.
Der Rumpf a verjüngt sich ohne jede Einschnürung bis zum oberen Rand, der einen Flansch b zum Befestigen einer Verschlussplatte c aufweist. Diese kann, nachdem die Flasche gefüllt ist, durch Falzen, Löten od. dgl. fest mit dem Flansch b verbunden werden, derart, dass der Flanschverschluss nur durch Zerstörung geöffnet werde kann.
