Description
<B>Zusatzpatent</B> zum Hauptpatent Nr. 169695. Zerfahren zur Herstellung eines chromhaltigen Azofarbstoffes. Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen chrom- haltigen Azofarbstoff erhalten kann, wenn man ein Gemisch,
bestehend aus der komplexen Chromverbindung des Azofarbatoffes aus di anotierter 1-Amino-2-oxynaphthalin-4-sulfon- säure und 1-Oxynaphthalin einerseits und dem Azofarbstoff aus dianotierter 1-Amino-2-oxy- naphthalin-4-sulfonsäure und 1-Oxynaphtha- lin, sowie dein AzofarbstofF aus dianotierter 1-Amino-2-oxynaphthaliri-4-sulfonsäure und 1-Phenyl-3-inethyl-5-pyrazolon anderseits, mit verdünnten Säuren in der Wärme behandelt.
Der chromhaltige Farbstoff stellt ein vio- lettschwarzes Pulver dar, das sich in Wasser mit rotstichigblauer und in 10 %iger Soda lösung mit violetter Farbe löst. Er färbt Wolle aus organischsaurem-schwefelsaurem Bade in echten marineblauen Tönen.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 30 Teile des in alkalischem Medium her gestellten chromhaltigen Farbstoffes aus dem Azofarbstoff aus dianotierter 1-Amino-2-oxy- naphthalin-4-sulfonsäure und 1-Oxynaphthalin werden zusammen mit 12,5 Teilen des glei chen, jedoch nicht chromierten Farbstoffes, in 350 Teile Wasser, das 4 Teile 85 /oige Ameisensäure enthält, eingetragen.
Hierauf gibt mau 4,5 Teile des Azofarbstoffes aus dianotierter 1-Ainino-2-oxynaphthalin-4-sulfon- säure und 1-Phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolon zu und kocht unter Rühren längere Zeit rück fliessend. Nach dem Erkalten bringt man durch Zusatz von etwas Natronlauge geringe Men gen nicht gelöster Anteile in Lösung, filtriert, stellt durch Beigabe verdünnter Ameisensäure schwach lakmussauer und isoliert den neuen chromhaltigen Farbstoff durch Eindampfen im Vakuum.
Zu demselben chromhaltigen Azofarbstoffe gelangt man, wenn statt Ameisensäure eine andere Säure, wie zum Beispiel Essigsäure, Bensolsulfonsäure, Weinsäure, Schwefelsäure, Propionsäure, Naphthalindisulfonsäure oder Milchsäure, verwendet wird.

The chromium-containing dye is a violet-black powder that dissolves in water with a reddish blue color and in 10% soda solution with a violet color. He dyes wool from organic acid-sulfuric acid bath in real navy blue tones.

The same chromium-containing azo dyes are obtained if, instead of formic acid, another acid, such as acetic acid, bensol sulfonic acid, tartaric acid, sulfuric acid, propionic acid, naphthalene disulfonic acid or lactic acid, is used.
