Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Säurefarbstoffes.    Gemäss dem im Hauptpatent beschrie  benen Verfahren erhält man einen Chrom  leder und vegetabilisch gegerbtes Leder ha  vannabraun färbenden sauren     Farbstoff,    wenn  man den aus     diazotierter        4-Nitro-4'-aniino-          dipheriylamiri-2-snlfosäure    und 3-     Amino-l-          oxyberizol    in     sodaalli;alischei#    Lösung erhält  lichen Farbstoff mit einem Oxydationsmittel  im alkalischen Medium behandelt.  



  Wie nun weiter gefunden wurde, erhält  man einen     Farbstoff        rnit    ganz ähnlichen Ei  genschaften, wenn man den aus     diazotierter     4-     Nitr-o-    4'     -amino-diph        eriylaniin-    2     -sulfosäure     und     1-Metliyl-4-arnino-2-oxyberizol    in     soda-          alkalischer    Lösung erhaltenen     Farbstoff    in  alkalischer Lösung mit einem Oxydations  mittel behandelt.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  30,9 Teile     4-Nitro-4'-amirio-diphenylamiri-          2-sulfosäure    werden     diazotiert    und in     soda-          alkalischer    Lösung mit 12,3 Teilen     1-Methyl-          4-amirio-2-oxybenzol    vereinigt. Nach be  endeter Kupplung werden noch 25 Teile  Natriumkarbonat und eine Lösung von 50    Teilen kristallisiertem Kupfersulfat hinzu  gefügt und etwa 1 Stunde unter     Rückfluss     gekocht oder längere Zeit, beispielsweise 2  bis 3 Stunden, auf eine Temperatur von  <B>70-80'</B> erhitzt. Nach Filtration wird der  Farbstoff durch Zugabe von Chlornatrium  abgeschieden.

   Er färbt Chromleder, sowie  vegetabilisch gegerbtes Leder etwas rot  stickiger als der im Hauptpatent beschriebene.
