Dans la fig. 3, la paire -de g-nide-fils E -E' est disposée à angle droit par rap port à la paire de guide-fils F-I";
En pratique, on a trouvé que la rigidité du fil, en surmontant les obstacles 4'adhé- rence que la coronelle C oppose au rebrousse- ment te .la torsion sur la bobine de dévidage B, laisse encore passer un certain nombre de tours dans les portions de fil 1 et 2; ces tours, loin de nuire, sont au contraire utiles pour donner en quelque sorte de la compacité au fil se déroulant vers la bobine B;
Device to twist. The present invention relates to a positive device to be twisted, making it possible to obtain the crêpe rayon yarn directly from the spools with still parallel strands coming from a die, this device transferring the start of said twist downstream of the unwinding spool.
This -dispo-sitif is characterized in that it comprises a coronal whose tubular body is mounted coaxially on the spindle on which is fixed the unwinding reel, this body being able to rotate freely relative to said spindle and carrying two pairs of thread guides placed at two different levels, one of the thread guides of each pair being tiné to receive the thread coming from the unwinding spool, which thread, after leaving the thread guide of the lower pair, engages with the thread guide of the upper pair,
from where it continues on its way to wind up on a can, twisted and ready to be wrapped.
The appended drawing represents, by way of example, an embodiment of the object of the invention as well as a variant. The fi-. 1 schematically shows the said embodiment applied to a twisting loom, the spoke yarn unwinding from a coil on which are wound the strands pa rallèles coming from a die; Fig. 2 is a section of this embodiment; Fig. 3 shows the device of FIG. 2 in plan; Fig. 4 is a view, similar to that of fi-. 3, of the variant.
The device shown in FIG. 1 aims to eliminate the possibility that the effect of torsion arrives in contact with the layers of parallel strands lying on the coil B or at least causing the effect of torsion arriving up to the coil is sufficiently low so as not to interfere with the unwinding of the wire from said spool.
r'1 for this purpose, the upper end -of pin A carrying spool B -is fitted with a coronal C. The wire arriving -from the spool simply rests on wire guides E, F (or < B> E , F ') of this coronella (fi-.
1 and 4) -or it can press on the thread guide E (or E '), then wind around the body of the coronal one or more times depending on its size -and its composition, after which it continues its che min through the eyelet or pigtail thread guides F (or F) of the coronelle, and G, 11, etc., to a winding bobbin D.
The coronal C, which the wire drives in its rotational movement at the speed of the spindle q, is relatively immobile with respect to the spindle s1 and to the coil B, so that the portions 1 and 2 of the wire are not not, pennies put to a twist.
It follows that spool C takes the place of spool B as the starting point of the twist, which will start only from the upper thread guide F (or F '), since the thread portion 1 ( from spool B to thread guide E or E ) and thread portion 2 (from thread guide E or E to thread guide F or F 'and rolling or not on the coronal body C) are theoretically torsion-free.
As seen in fig. 2, the coronal comprises a tubular body with an axial cylindrical hole and an external surface of an inverted truncated cone, freely rotating on a pi vot L whose lower end is fixed in an axial hollow of the upper end. spindle A on which is fixed the unwinding coil B.
The upper end L 'of the pivot L is provided with a thread for screwing therein a nut I intended to prevent the crown C from disengaging from the pivot L. From the lower part of the crown C start, in two diametrically opposed points, two elastic rods M and M 'ending in: two pigtail thread guides E and E . One of these thread guides is intended to receive the thread coming from the unwinding reel B.
Two diametrically opposed points -of the upper end of the coronal C protrude two other thread guides F and F, with one of which engab the upper end of the portion of thread 2 that can be prepared - lably roll up, one or more times, around the frustoconical surface of the coronal C.
In fig. 3, the pair -of threads E -E 'is arranged at right angles to the pair of thread guides F-I ";
however, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, the two pairs of wire guides (especially when the wire must not wind around the body of the coronal) can also be aligned in the same axial plane, while being placed at heights different. The two pairs of wire guides can also be placed in planes forming any angle between them.
In the devices shown in the drawing, the yarn guides of the lower pair of yarn guides are farther from the axis of the eoronelle than those of the other pair located higher than the first, but the yarn guides of the two pairs of wire guides could also be placed at an equal distance from the axis of the coronal.
The thread suitably guided by other thread guides G, H, etc., after receiving the desired twist, will wind up on bobbin D.
In another embodiment, the body of the coronellle could have a cylindrical outer surface.
In practice, it has been found that the rigidity of the wire, by overcoming the obstacles to the adhesion which the coronal C opposes to the twisting and twisting on the unwinding reel B, still allows a certain number of turns to pass through it. thread portions 1 and 2; these turns, far from being harmful, are on the contrary useful for giving some sort of compactness to the wire unwinding towards the coil B;
it is even prudent not to completely eliminate this upward twist, which, to a small extent for certain yarns and to a somewhat greater extent for certain other yarns, is advantageous rather than harmful.
We can increase this twist more or more hands up by simply making press the thread on a lower thread guide and on an upper thread guide of the coronelle, or it can be completely eliminated by winding the thread more or less on the coronal body centers the lower thread guide and the upper thread guide.
By increasing the number of these turns, the friction of the net is increased, the upward torsion is reduced or eliminated, while by reducing said number of turns, it is possible. to the torsion to go up in the measure which one judges advantageous and not harmful.
