La fig. 1 est une vue .de face .de plu sieurs panneaux assemblés les uns aux autres pour le coffrage d'une face .du mur; La fig. 2 est une vue en coupe horizontale, à plus grande échelle, selon la ligne A-A de la fig. l; La fig. 3 est une vue -de face du noyau; La fig. 4 en est. une vue en coupe trans versale; La fig. 5 est une vue en Loupe verticale montrant le ,dispositif pour maintenir les panneaux à l'écartement voulu;
Pour utiliser ces panneaux de coffrage pour la .construction d'un mur en béton, par exemple, on place des panneaux tels que a, ai, a2, les uns à la. suite -des autres dans le sens horizontal, et on les réunit les uns aux autres à leurs extrémités au moyen de boulons 19, 20, 21 et 22 enfilés .dans les trous 11, 12, 13 et 14;
Removable formwork for the erection of hollow constructions. The present invention relates to a removable formwork for the erection of hollow constructions, in particular hollow walls, for example made of concrete.
This formwork is characterized in that it comprises at least one core formed of two parts intended to bear against removable tubes and at least two panels connected by a device while maintaining the spacing at a determined value, said core serving to to provide the void of the construction and said panels to define at least part of its outer periphery.
The device for maintaining the panels at a determined spacing can be constituted, at the upper part of these panels, by angles the vertical wing of which is cut so that its section is triangular and the horizontal wing of which is folded at its ends, or by flat irons por as .des triangular wedges, and at the lower part of said panels, by clamps and wedges housed between the latter and the panels.
The two core parts can be kept spaced apart from each other by spacers mounted freely on a lifting pin and interconnected by fixing pegs.
The appended drawing represents, by way of example, an embodiment of the object of the invention, intended for the construction of a cavity wall.
Fig. 1 is a front view of several panels assembled to each other for the formwork of one face of the wall; Fig. 2 is a horizontal sectional view, on a larger scale, along the line A-A of FIG. l; Fig. 3 is a front view of the nucleus; Fig. 4 is. a cross sectional view; Fig. 5 is a vertical magnifying view showing the device for maintaining the panels at the desired spacing;
Fig. 6 is a sectional view of a variant @de detail of part of this device; As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the shuttering panels a are each formed of a wooden or metal plate 1, dou wheat or not of a sheet 2 and bordered by frames. wooden 3, 4, 5, 6. These frames bear -different holes 7, 8, 9, 10 as well as holes 11, 12, 13 and 14. The holes are arranged in the same place on the -different panels.
The sheets 2 can be worked or shaped, so as to make it possible to effect equipment on the corresponding facing of the wall.
To use these shuttering panels for the construction of a concrete wall, for example, we place panels such as a, ai, a2, one by one. continuation -of others in the horizontal direction, and they are joined to each other at their ends by means of bolts 19, 20, 21 and 22 threaded .in holes 11, 12, 13 and 14;
instead of tightening bolts, one could also use studs. Above the panels ai, a2, as, we place panels b, bi, b2 joined to the first panels by dowels 31, 3,2; the correct vertical position of the panels is ensured by -plates 33.
A formwork set is thus installed for each side of the wall to be constructed. The separation of the opposite panels of the formwork is obtained (fig. 5) by angles 60, the vertical wing of which is cut so as to keep only the portion of the wing 60 'serving as a wedge between panels, and of which the horizontal wing is folded at the ends over the frames, wedges 61 being housed between these ends and the frames.
So that the angle iron 60 can easily be removed from the concrete, it is important that the section of the wing serving as a wedge is triangular. This angle iron can advantageously be replaced by a flat iron 70 (FIG. 6), on which is fixed, by a rivet, a wooden wedge 71 having the section shown in FIG. 6.
The cut vertical wing 60 'of each angle bar 60, leaves a vacuum in the concrete allowing the installation of a clamp 62; the latter is constituted by a metal bar terminated by a projecting head 68 and comprising cut notches 64 in one or the other of which can be subject the axis 65 - a clamp 66. The clamps -joints .are tightened, via wedges 67, on -small auxiliary frames 68 arranged in the bottom -of -formwork panels, -so: to keep the latter from below on the top of the portion of concrete wall already built.
The board 69 is used to create a hollow in the concrete making it possible to conceal the holes in the clamps and the: key connection defects.
When the formwork has been used to establish a concrete foundation, they are raised higher.
Instead of pouring concrete in all the parts .41 and M 'of the wall, we can pour concrete in the part M which can be the external one and - plaster or concrete of pumice stone and cement in the wall. part 1V1 'which can be found inside a construction.
To spare, as shown in fig. 2, recesses in the thickness of the wall, use is made of the removable and extensible core (fig. 2 to 4) formed of two independent parts 49 and 50, each comprising a small -and a large side terminated by - horns .51; these two parts abut by their angles against two tubes 52 placed at diametrically opposed angles of the rectangle formed by the core.
These parts are maintained at the desired spacing with the aid of two plates 53 and 54 mounted, with a certain clearance, on an ankle 55, on which they are retained by a washer 56 and a g - 0 < / B> upille 57, and assembled together with the aid of fixing plugs 58.
When the concrete has been poured between the outer -cof frage and the inner core, to withdraw the latter and raise it higher, the tubes 52 are rotated on themselves using the rods 59, so as to peel them -from concrete, then remove them. The pegs 58 are then removed, the pin 55 is held in the hand, a few blows are struck on the parts 49 and 50 which come closer (the plates 53 and 54 are no longer retained by the pegs 58 and can approach the axis of the nucleus).
The core is then lifted by the pin 55, it is replaced higher, the pins 58 are replaced in the holes in the plates $ 5 and 54, the tubes 52 are replaced. It is necessary to re-mark that. peg 55 is still free inside the core.
