Les dessins annexés représentent, à titre d'exemples, quelques formes d'exécution de l'objet de l'invention. La fig. 1 ,se rapporte â, une première forme d'exécution de l'installation, et montre en outre un brûleur de cette installation, moi tié en coupe suivant la ligne I-I de la fig. 2; La fig. 2 est une coupe transversale de ce brûleur, suivant la ligne II-II -de la fig. l;
La fig. 3 en est une vue -en plan, l'écrou supérieur étant enlevé et la buse interne étant en coupe .suivant la ligne III III de la fig. 1; La fig. 4 représente, en .coupe-suivant la ligne IV-IV -de la fig. 5, une forme,d'exé- cution de l'installation appliquée sà une petite chaudière de chauffage central, cette instal lation comprenant un brûleur du genre de ce lui représenté ù la fig. 1;
La fig. 5 est une coupe transversale sui vant la ligne V-V de la fig. 4; La fig. 6 représente en perspective une forme d'exécution comprenant plusieurs brû leurs assemblés sous forme d'une rampe; La fig. 7 représente une variante -de cette rampe; La fig. 8 représente, en coupe axiale, une forme -d'exécution de l'installation, compre nant un brûleur monté à l'intérieur d'un ré servoir sous pression;
Liquid fuel heating installation. The present invention relates to a heating installation using liquid fuel such as heavy oil, this installation being advantageously applicable to heating devices which cannot withstand the torch action of high pressure compressed air burners. , and more especially to low-power devices, the heating of which by means, for example, of burners effecting a mechanical spraying of the coanbustible, cannot take place under good conditions.
The installation according to the invention is characterized in that it comprises at least one burner having at least two air nozzles arranged concentrically around a fuel nozzle and provided with means communicating with the jets of fuel. air -which comes out of the rotations: in opposite directions. This rotation can be obtained, for example, by admitting so much air into the nozzles through tangential channels.
In certain embodiments, the installation comprises several burners of this type assembled in the form of a ramp which preferably comprises means for cooling by circulating air or water.
By applying the installation according to the invention to a low-power boiler known under the Ideal Classic trademark, it is possible to provide an electric ignition device, the electrodes of which pass through the walls of the boiler between two risers. water, and a tray in which the burner is fixed and which collects the combustion waste. In the chamber formed under this plate, it is possible to arrange an ide fuel heater, by placing it preferably on a water chamber constituting the bottom idu hearth, so as to avoid cracking.
In the upper part of the hearth, a screen can be placed, preferably in cast iron or refractory steel.
The accompanying drawings show, by way of examples, some embodiments of the object of the invention. Fig. 1, relates to a first embodiment of the installation, and also shows a burner of this installation, me tied in section along the line I-I of FIG. 2; Fig. 2 is a cross section of this burner, taken along the line II-II of FIG. l;
Fig. 3 is a plan view thereof, the upper nut being removed and the internal nozzle being in section. Following line III III of FIG. 1; Fig. 4 shows, in .Cut along the line IV-IV -of FIG. 5, a form of execution of the installation applied to a small central heating boiler, this installation comprising a burner of the type shown in FIG. 1;
Fig. 5 is a cross section taken along the line V-V of FIG. 4; Fig. 6 shows in perspective an embodiment comprising several burners assembled in the form of a ramp; Fig. 7 shows a variant of this ramp; Fig. 8 shows, in axial section, a form of execution of the installation, comprising a burner mounted inside a pressurized tank;
Fig. 9 is an overview of this installation; Fig. 10 is another form @ d'egé @ cution of The burner 1 (fig. 1) is fixed -in a plate 2 by a nut 3, the central part 3a of which constitutes an outer nozzle @du burner.
This nut simultaneously maintains an internal nozzle 4 fitted onto a nozzle 5, which -is screwed into the center of the burner. In another embodiment, there could be more than two air nozzles arranged concentrically around the nozzle. The fuel is admitted through a tube 6 screwed into the wall of the burner and communicating with the inside of the nozzle 5.
The air is admitted into the lower part of the burner by means of a barrel 7 integral with the latter. This air passes through a fungus 8 through channels 9 and then enters concentric chambers formed around the nozzle through the nozzles 4, and 3a, through tangential channels 10 and 11 (fig. 2 and 8) passing through the body of the nozzle. nozzle 4.
These channels are pierced so that the air turns in opposite directions in the two circular chambers, as can be seen in figs. 2 and 3. The admission of air into these chambers is regulated, with a view to modifying the length of the flame, by -stopper rings 12 and 13.
The break in equilibrium which occurs under the action of centrifugal force causes the atomizing and vigorous stirring of the liquid fuel with the air, and this without rotating mechanical parts and without mechanical pulverization, which is not effective. only for relatively high fuel flow rates, for example from 5 kg / hour, a flow rate which is much too large for small boilers, the heating surface of which is of the order of 0.5 m @ , such as central heating boilers for an apartment.
Figs. 4 and 5 show one embodiment of the installation, comprising a burner as described and shown in FIG. 1, this installation being applied to a boiler of this kind, known under the Ideal C'lassic brand. The burner 1 is mounted in a plate 2 provided with raised edges 29- and forming a tray receiving the waste -de fuel. Tray 2 is carried by legs. 14.
Under this plate and -directly on the double bottom of the boiler is arranged a fuel reheating tank 15, in which the fuel arrives by a pipe 16 and from which it is delivered to the burner by another pipe 17. The boiler is provided two superimposed doors 18 and 19, the first of which gives access to the upper part of the hearth, and the second, to the lower part (below the plate 2). As can be seen in FIG. 4, a screen is arranged in the upper part of the fireplace.
This installation comprises an ignition device consisting of two electrodes 20 passing through the wall of the boiler between two water rises 21. These electrodes are fixed in glasses 22, preferably in static. Ignition occurs thanks to a spark that spurting between the electrodes when a high voltage is applied to them.
In the case of low voltage ignition, the electrodes can be joined by a resistant wire carried to the incandescence by the current which is launched there. The same glasses can receive electrodes of any desired type.
The installation shown in fig. 6 com carries four burners of the type shown had made. 1 and assembled in the form of a ramp 23. This ramp can be applied, for example, to the heating od'un steam oven -de baker. It then small turn on vots 24 provided at its ends, and by giving the burners a suitable inclination, any harmful overheating of the tubes protruding into the combustion chamber of this type of furnace is avoided.
A good thermal efficiency is thus obtained without damaging the steam tubes.
The boom can be cooled either by spraying air or by circulating water.
The fis. 7 shows another installation comprising several burners such as that of fis. 1, arranged in the form of a ramp placed on a grid 2'5, coming from the foundry and provided with water circulation, a central heating boiler.
The fis. 8 and 9 relate to an embodiment of the installation, applied to a small boiler. This installation comprises a! Burner screwed into the top 15a of the tank 15. This burner also comprises two air nozzles concentric around the nozzle, these nozzles being provided with channels which communicate to the air in opposite rotations in the direction of the nozzle. the two nozzles, but the inlet of channels 10 and 11 for the air is inside the tank, above the level of the fuel.
The combustion is adjusted by means of a notched screw 2,6 engaged more or less in the nozzle 5. The burner is extended by a copper tube wheel 27 immersed in the fuel and leading it to the nozzle. The top 15a is provided with edges 15b which make it. a. cuvette whose rail is, like that of the plate 2 of FIG. 4,: to collect waste-combustion or excess fuel.
Materials accumulating on this top can enter the tank through the channels of the burner.
Pressurized air is sent to the tank, which directly feeds the air channels of the burner and which causes the fuel to rise in the nozzle.
As can be seen in FIG. 9, the air is supplied by a blower 28 -whose flow rate is regulated by a valve 29 controlled by a thermostat 30. The fuel supply is regulated by a tank @ at constant level 3.1, -in which the pressure is kept equal to that of the reservoir 15 by means of a coupling 3.2.
A screen 33, made of cast iron or nickel steel, retains the gases and thus increases the thermal efficiency. The heating of the fuel tank makes this, last p.lua, fluid and facilitates its gasification.
The fis. 10 shows an installation analogous to that of the fis. 9, but including other improvements to the burner feed.
Burner 1 is kind of the #lui de la fis. 1, that is to say with a clean air jacket, but it could also be: of the type used in the installation following the fis. 8, that is to say with an air-jacket formed by the free space of the closed reservoir 1'5.
In. This installation, the tank 31 is movable vertically to allow adjustment of the fuel level relative to the burner. For this purpose, the tank is connected to the pipe 34 coming from the fuel tank, to the pipe 35 supplying the fuel to the burner and to the fixed pipe 3.2 communicating with the pipe 36 - supplying the primary air. , respectively by ides flexible pipes 34a,, 3.5a and -32a. Movement ,
of the tank is controlled by a screw 37 being screwed: in a lug 318 of the tank 31, turn nant in a fixed console 30 and provided with a value of 40.
The line 34 is provided with an obturator 41, valve or the like, controlled by a solenoid 42, so as to stop the admission of fuel as soon as a power failure occurs supplying the fan, the pressure switch. the boiler, etc.
The primary air adjustment is effected by a register 43 carried by a lever 44 bones winking at 45 and ending in a chette oven 46 through which a chain 47 passes, provided with drive cleats 48 and 49 and A weight 50, actuated by a lever 51, of any desired combustion effect regulator, such as a temperature regulator analogous to the thermostat 30 of FIG. 9, a vapor pressure regulator, etc.
The register 43 is interposed upstream of the fan 28, whereby, when it closes, the air becomes scarce in the fan, the turbine of which thus rotates at reduced losses, so that the fan motor is located. dump.
The movement @ of the register controls the flow rate and the pressure: of the air, the latter influencing the admission of the fuel thanks to the @dispositio: n provided -of the tank 3.1 and its connection 32, -so that a simultaneous adjustment of the fuel and of the fuel is obtained.
The secondary air pipe 5'.2 is connected to the primary air pipe 3: 6, which is enabled by the fact that the burner operates with primary air at very low pressure. In this way, - the regulation of the secondary air is so multi-year -that of the primary air, the two pipes being regulated by the same register 43.
