Futterkocher. Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist ein Futterkocher für Sägemehlfeuerung, der eine Verbrennungs- und eine Beschickungs einrichtung für Holz und Kohlen aufweist, zum Zwecke, denselben ausser für Sägemehl feuerung auch für Holz- und Kohlenfeuerung geeignet zu machen.
Auf beiliegender Zeichnung ist ein Aus führungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt, und zwar zeigt: Fig. 1 einen Längsschnitt desselben, Fig. 2 eine Seitenansicht und Fig. 3 eine Draufsicht.
Der gezeichnete Futterkocher, zum Bei spiel für Kartoffeln, weist einen Feuerherd 1, sowie einen auf diesen aufgesetzten Futter behälter 2 auf. Über dem Heizraum des Her des 1 ist eine die Heizgase leitende Gas führung<B>3</B> mit einer Ablenkplatte 3' ange ordnet, zwecks Leitung der Heizgase nach dem durch die Pfeile (Fig. 3) angedeuteten Wege zur Erreichung eines raschen und gleichmässigen Koehens des Inhaltes des Fut terbehälters 2. W bezeichnet ein auf an der Herdwand des Futterkochers befestigten Trä gern T aufruhendes Wassergefäss. Der Fut terbehälter 2 weist einen Deckel 5 auf, ab dichtbar durch einen Dichtungsring 5'. Mit 4 ist das Auslassrohr für die Abgase bezeich net.
Am Futterbehälter 2 sind Flacheisen stücke 6 angebracht, die als Handgriffe die nen und als Lager für den mit Pressschraube 10 versehenen Spannhebel 9. Zu beiden Sei ten des Herdes 1 sind über denselben hinaus nach oben ragende Stützen 7 für zwei Hebel 8 angebracht, die zum Abheben des Futter behälters 2 zwecks Kippens desselben die nen. Unter dem Heizraum befindet sich ein Aschenbehälter 11, von welchem aus bei Sägemehlfeuerung die Entzündung des Säge mehls erfolgt.
Für Feuerung mit Sägemehl wird nach Abheben des Futterbehälters das Wassergefäss mit den Trägern T und die Gasführung 3 herausgehoben und hierauf ein unter der letzteren befindlicher Einsatz- korb 12 entfernt. Dann wird das Sägemehl von oben her in den Herd des Futterkochers eingeschüttet, die Gasführung und das Was sergefäss wieder eingesetzt und das Sägemehl von unten her entzündet.
Um den Futterkocher, anstatt bloss für Sägemehlfeuerung, wie bei bisher bekannt gewordenen Futterkochern, auch für Holz und Kohlenfeuerung verwenden zu können, ist eine Verbrennungs- und eine Beschickungseili- richtung für diese Brennstoffe vorgesehen; und zwar bes Echt die Verbrennungseinrich tung in dem genannten Einsatzkorb 12, zum Beispiel aus Gusseisen, der einen Rost 13 für das aufzulegende Material besitzt.
Der Ein satzkorb 12 wird von oben her in den Heiz raum 1 eingesetzt, und dienen zu dessen Abstützung unter der Gasführung 3, 3' an gebrachte Träger 14. Mit 15 ist die als Beschickungseinrichtung dienende Feuertüre bezeichnet, durch welche Holz oder Kohle auf den Einsatzkorb 12 eingeführt werden kann. Der beschriebene Futterkocher besitzt den Vorteil, dass er je nach Wunsch mit Sägemehl, Holz oder Kohle beheizt werden kann.

The drawn feed cooker, for example for potatoes, has a fire hearth 1 and a feed container 2 placed on it. For firing with sawdust, after lifting the feed container, the water vessel with the supports T and the gas duct 3 are lifted out and an insert basket 12 located under the latter is then removed. Then the sawdust is poured into the stove of the feed cooker from above, the gas duct and the water container are reinserted and the sawdust is ignited from below.
In order to be able to use the feed cooker for wood and coal firing instead of just for sawdust firing, as in the case of feed cookers that have become known hitherto, a combustion and a charging cable direction is provided for these fuels; namely besides the combustion device in said insert basket 12, for example made of cast iron, which has a grate 13 for the material to be placed.
The A set basket 12 is used from above in the heating room 1, and are used to support it under the gas duct 3, 3 'to attached carrier 14.
