Description

  

  Support     d'ustensile.       La présente invention a pour objet un  support d'ustensile, caractérisé en ce qu'il  présente la forme d'une bande- constituée par  au moins une feuille de matière que limitent  en largeur deux bords pratiquement parallèles,  bande conformée de manière que ses deux  extrémités puissent tourner l'une par rapport  à l'autre, c'est-à-dire que les plans tangents  à ses deux extrémités forment un angle dièdre  variable dans le but qu'elle puisse enclore  des surfaces     différentes    et déterminer, d'une  part la base de sustentation du support     lui-          même,    et d'autre part celle de l'objet supporté.  



  Le dessin ci-annexé représente, à titre  d'exemple, deux formes d'exécution de l'objet  de l'invention et " diverses variantes de la  première.  



  Les     fig.    1 et 3 sont des vues en élévation  de la première forme et d'une variante, les       fig.    2 et 4 des vues en plan de la première  forme et d'une autre variante;  La     fig.    5 montre en plan une variante  que la     fig.    6 montre en élévation, partielle  ment en coupe;    La     fig.    7 est une vue en perspective d'un  support selon une variante de la première  forme; les     fig.    8 et 10 des vues en élévation  de deux variantes montrées en plan par les       fig.    9 et 11;

    La     fig.    12 montre la deuxième forme  d'exécution en plan et la     fig.    13 un détail  en perspective de cette deuxième forme.  



  Dans la     fig.    1,- 1 désigne une bande de  matière flexible présentant deux bords prati  quement parallèles. L'une des extrémités     1a,     de cette bande porte un organe 2 rivé sur  elle et formant un doigt qui la dépasse dans  une direction parallèle aux deux bords sus  mentionnés. Ce doigt est coudé de manière  qu'il puisse aisément être introduit dans des  trous 3 de la bande et s'appuyer contre la  face opposée à celle par laquelle il a pénétré.  La bande 1 est faite d'une feuille de métal  mince et présente des ouvertures 4.  



  La     fig.    3 montre une variante de la même  forme dans laquelle les ouvertures sont trans  versales et peuvent recevoir deux doigts     1a.         La     fig.    4 montre par une vue en plan  que     l'extrémité    de la bande peut être munie  d'un organe d'une autre forme tel     qu'un     crochet 6 pénétrant dans un trou tel que 3  et reliant ladite extrémité de la bande à     urïe     partie quelconque,     grâce    à l'élasticité de la  matière qui force le crochet à s'engager     uïï     peu au-dessus des bords du trou dans lequel  il est engagé.  



  Les deux parties de la bande 1 peuvent  être assemblées par un autre moyen consti  tuant un organe accessoire du support pour  maintenir la bande dans une position déter  minée. Dans les     fig.    5 et 6, cet organe con  siste en une pièce 7 à deux branches dont  l'une prend appui sur l'une des faces de -la  boucle que forme la bande fléchie et dont  l'autre branche porte un cliquet 8 qui est de  préférence à     arcboutement.    Ce cliquet ne  permet le mouvement relatif des deux parties  assemblées de la bande que dans le sens  opposé à celui dans lequel agit l'élasticité  de la bande.

   La     fig.    7 montre que la bande  peut présenter des dentelures sur l'un au  moins de ses bords et que son extrémité peut  avoir, un crochet 10 . destiné à relier     cette     extrémité à l'une des dents ainsi formées, ce  crochet faisant saillie à l'extérieur du contour  que doit déterminer la bande fléchie.  



  La     fig.    8 montre que les dentelures 9  peuvent exister sur chacun des bords et qu'il  peut. y avoir plusieurs crochets 10 s'y adap  tant.  



  La     fig.    9 montre qu'un crochet d'extré  mité 10 peut aussi coopérer avec des trous  situés dans la largeur de la bande.  



  - Les     fig.    10 et 11 montrent que des échan  crures 11 peuvent. être conformées de manière  à recevoir une pièce 12     dont    les     deux    bouts  sont recourbés à l'équerre et conformés pour  s'engager- sur les faces intérieure et exté  rieure d'une partie d'une boucle dans laquelle  -deux parties de la bande- se recouvrent.  



  La     fig.    12 montre en plan un support  formé par plusieurs feuilles 13 de matière  pratiquement rigide, munies à leurs extrémi  tés de moyens permettant leur assemblage  . par     articulation    les articulations sont formées    par des boucles 14 formant charnière, dans  lesquelles peuvent     s'introduire    des chevilles 15.  



  Le support que forme la bande fixée dans  une position pliée est principalement destiné  à supporter un ustensile de cuisine en entou  rant un feu qu'il protège d'un vent trop fort  tout en laissant circuler l'air et les gaz de  combustion.   La feuille flexible mentionnée peut être  gauchie de manière. que sa section transver  sale présente une forme arquée pour que la,  force d'extension provenant du couple de  flexion soit aussi grande que possible relati  vement à l'épaisseur du métal.

  In fig. 1, - 1 denotes a strip of flexible material having two practically parallel edges. One of the ends 1a of this strip carries a member 2 riveted to it and forming a finger which projects beyond it in a direction parallel to the two edges mentioned above. This finger is bent so that it can easily be inserted into holes 3 of the strip and rest against the face opposite to that through which it has entered. Band 1 is made of a thin sheet of metal and has 4 openings.



  Fig. 3 shows a variant of the same form in which the openings are transverse and can receive two fingers 1a. Fig. 4 shows in a plan view that the end of the strip can be provided with a member of another shape such as a hook 6 penetrating into a hole such as 3 and connecting said end of the strip to any part , thanks to the elasticity of the material which forces the hook to engage a little above the edges of the hole in which it is engaged.



  The two parts of the strip 1 can be assembled by another means constituting an accessory member of the support to hold the strip in a determined position. In fig. 5 and 6, this member consists of a part 7 with two branches, one of which bears on one of the faces of the loop formed by the flexed strip and the other branch of which carries a pawl 8 which is preferably arching. This pawl allows the relative movement of the two assembled parts of the strip only in the direction opposite to that in which the elasticity of the strip acts.

   Fig. 7 shows that the strip may have serrations on at least one of its edges and that its end may have a hook 10. intended to connect this end to one of the teeth thus formed, this hook projecting outside the contour to be determined by the flexed strip.



  Fig. 8 shows that the serrations 9 can exist on each of the edges and that it can. there are several hooks 10 to adapt to it.



  Fig. 9 shows that an end hook 10 can also cooperate with holes located in the width of the strip.



  - Figs. 10 and 11 show that notches 11 can. be shaped so as to receive a part 12 whose two ends are curved square and shaped to engage- on the inner and outer faces of a part of a loop in which -two parts of the strip- overlap.



  Fig. 12 shows in plan a support formed by several sheets 13 of practically rigid material, provided at their ends with means allowing their assembly. by articulation, the joints are formed by loops 14 forming a hinge, into which the ankles 15 can be inserted.



  The support formed by the strip fixed in a folded position is primarily intended to support a kitchen utensil by surrounding a fire which it protects from too strong a wind while allowing air and combustion gases to circulate. The mentioned flexible sheet can be warped so. that its transverse cross section has an arcuate shape so that the extension force from the bending torque is as large as possible relative to the thickness of the metal.

Claims

CLAIM Utensil support, characterized in that it has the shape of a strip formed by at least one sheet of material limited in width by two practically parallel edges, strip shaped so that its two ends can turn one by one. in relation to the other, that is to say that the tangent planes at its two ends form a variable dihedral angle in order that it can enclose different surfaces and determine, on the one hand, the base of the support itself, and on the other hand that of the supported object. SUB-CLAIMS 1 Support according to claim, characterized in that the mentioned sheet of material is flexible.

2 Support according to claim, characterized in that the mentioned strip is provided, at at least one of its ends and between them, with fastening means making it possible to join said end to various points of the strip. 3 Support according to claim, characterized in that it comprises accessory means for maintaining the strip in at least one determined shape.

7 Support according to sub-claim <B> 6, </B> characterized in that the mentioned member consists of a finger extending the strip. 8 Support according to sub-claim 6, characterized in that the mentioned member is a hook projecting inside the contour to be determined by the flexed strip, and shaped so that it engages, as a result of 'movement due to the elasticity of the tape and after it has been introduced into a perforation, with the inner surface of the tape. 9 Support according to claim, characterized in that the strip has, on at least one of its lateral edges, a serration.

10 Support according to sub-claims 3 and 9, characterized in that the strip has an indentation on each of its edges and comprises an accessory part capable of embracing it by penetrating, by its two curved ends, into interdents belonging to parts of the strip brought opposite one another, so that it forms a closed loop. Support according to sub-claim 6, characterized in that the mentioned member is a hook projecting outside the contour to be determined by the flexed strip.

Support according to sub-claim 3, characterized in that it comprises as an accessory a member having two branches on at least one of which a pawl is mounted, - so that, said member embracing two parts of the flexed elastic band, it keeps them assembled by this pawl acting on one of the outer and inner faces of the contour and allowing the relative movement of the two parts only in the direction opposite to that in which the elasticity of the strip acts. 13 Support according to sub-claims 1 and 3, characterized in that the strip is perforated and in that it comprises as an accessory at least one member intended to be introduced into two perforations belonging to different parts of the strip, in the purpose of keeping them assembled.

14 Support according to sub-claim 1, characterized in that the mentioned sheet of material is warped so that its cross section has. an arched shape, so that its force of extension is great.
