Washing machine. The invention relates to a Wasehma soliine, which by a wash Zober, a heating device for the same, as well as by a rotatable in the Wasolizober, made of wire mesh screen drum with radially extending partition walls, which is attached to a 'shaft protruding through the fixed end wall of the wash Zobers' shaft , and is further characterized by a movement gear, which enables the rotation of the sieve drum.
The Siebtromnielwelle with the Siebtrom mel can be vertical or horizontal. In the case of the A # list guide with a vertically mounted shaft, several sieve drums that can be exchanged with one another but can be inserted individually into the machine are expediently provided, one of which is used for washing. Dishes and other items for washing body wash use.
The sieve drums used for washing dishes then do not always need to be subjected to careful cleaning. when laundry is to be done in the same masehine. In addition, one drum can then be filled or emptied while the other is rotating in the machine.
The drawing shows two Ausfühnings- examples of the invention.zwegen # d-ande.-z. namely: Fig. 1 a vertical section through a wax neck with a vertical wave.
Fig. 2 shows the floor plan for this, with the lid open; Fig. 3 is a vertical length, 42 # (- hiiiti by a washing machine init wagreclitei, shaft; Fig. 4 is a section along line C-D of Fig. 3.
The washing machine according to fig. 1 has a housing 1 which has a fireproof inner lining and is equipped with a fireplace 2 on the lower edge. In this # 1, housing is a wash wall 3 e.ln, -, eset7t. which is surrounded by the heating gases on the bottom and on the sides, which the latter finally escape through the vent 24.
In the middle of the housing, a vertical shaft 4 protrudes through the washing horn, which sleeve is fastened against the heating gases by a ring 4 'and against the washing liquid by an am-bottom of the washing horn > 5 is protected.
At the upper end of the sleeve 5 the shaft 4 is mounted by means of a ball bearing 6 : at its lower end the shaft runs in a thrust bearing 6 '. The upper end of the shaft 4 protruding from the sleeve 5 is designed as a square 7 and carries the washing drum 8. The washing drum 8 Is divided into three individual compartments by three radial partition walls 9 which extend from the drum shell to the tubular middle part 10 of the washing drum.
Apart from the Z, the middle part 10, the upper edge 11 and some reinforcing strips is the washing drum 8 </ B > including the partitions 9 made of wire mesh.
The upper edge 11 of the washing drum is provided with openings 1'-) which serve as handles and allow the washing drum to be removed. In order to avoid vibrations when rotating, the washing drum is at its middle part 10 near the bottom by means of a Kuo, ellaoers 13 on the sleeve 5 </ B > of the washing machine stored. The washing zober can be closed by means of a cover 14.
A motor 15. A coupling consisting of two parts 1.6 and 17 is used to drive the washing drum, which is actuated by means of a lever 18 < / B> o-esehalt # ei, it enables the shaft 4 to share either a reciprocating or an orbital movement. A friction gear 19, 20, of which the wheel 19 sits on the motor shaft, while the wheel 290 is used, is used to transmit the rotational movement slidable, but not rotatable on the shaft 4 is arranged.
A crank gear '21 is used to transmit the back and forth movement. 22, 223, whose starting member 21 is coupled to the motor shaft by a worm gear, while its end member is rotatably mounted on the shaft. The end member carries one half of the coupling, while the other half of the coupling is connected to the wheel 20 and, since it is axially displaceable with this one, it forms a displaceable coupling member. If the wheel A9 is moved upwards together with the coupling member attached to it, the wheel 20 comes into contact with the wheel 19 . The shaft 4 then rotates.
If the wheel 20, together with the coupling member attached to it, is moved downwards, the wheels 20 and 19 come out of contact. For this, however, the coupling halves come into engagement with one another, so that the shaft 4 receives a back and forth movement through the crank mechanism 21, 22, 28.
The machine according to FIGS. 3 and 4 has a housing 31 which also has a fire-resistant interior lining and a fireplace 32 . The Wasehzober 33 has the shape of a horizontally positioned pipe and is flushed at its lower part by the heating gases from the furnace, which are drawn through a exhaust 32 '</ B> be derived.
A washing drum 35 is mounted in the washing rack on a horizontally mounted shaft 34, which drum is divided into six individual compartments by six removable partition walls 36. Also ordered here, the drum including the wire mesh partitions.
The drum front wall 37 is firmly connected to the tronimeline shell, the opposite drum front wall 38 , on the other hand, can be removed. so that the individual departments are accessible from the side. There are various options for the type of design Z, t 'of the removable Tronlin end wall.
On the side located on the front wall of the drum 38 , the washing zober has an opening which can be closed by means of a lid 39 .
A motor 40 is used to drive the pocket drum, which by means of a gear 41 (not shown in detail) with two gear ratios of the washing drum, a slow rotating movement for washing and a fast rotating movement for selecting the laundry can issue. When running around the washing drum, the laundry in the individual departments falls alternately on one and the other partition wall and on the drum shell. The washing liquor flows through it and the washing liquor is sucked in and expressed in a continuous sequence.
The washing machine can be heated in any way. Instead of a fireplace, facilities for heating with gas, steam or electricity can be provided as required. Then if necessary (the outer casing provided with the fireproof inner lining can be omitted.
