Regelverfahren.
Control procedure. In the known control methods, feedback is often used to dampen the control process. The purpose of this feedback is to weaken the effect of the controller so that overregulation is avoided. These control methods have the disadvantage that the feedback force only becomes effective when there is a certain amount of deviation from the equilibrium position of the system, so that the regulation becomes imprecise and the devices operating according to this method only incompletely fulfill their purpose.
These disadvantages are eliminated by the invention in that a variable is superimposed on the operating size, according to the changes of which a control is to be made, which changes proportionally to the differential quotient after the time of the operating size. The superposition is done, for example, in such a way that the size of the company is supported when increasing and is weakened when decreasing.
The steps involved in such a regulation are shown schematically in Fig. 1, for example. Over time. t, for example, the speed n to be kept constant is plotted. The speed of the machine fluctuates according to curve 1.
The changes in the operating variable and the control speed are given by the amplitude of this curve over the target speed n as a zero line, i.e. the controller is set at point 2 with force 3, at point 4 with the greater force 5 and at point 6 always act with force 7 in the same direction 8, and this force only maintains its magnitude as it increases and then decreases in direction 8,
until the speed equals the target speed at point 9 and the basic control force has become zero. As a result of the machine and the controller, the machine does not maintain this speed, but the speed drops below the target speed and the controller responds in the opposite direction to 10. The control process is repeated. is the other way around as described, that is, what is known as overregulation occurs.
If, for example, the control force had stopped at point 7, the speed of the machine would have changed after the dotted line 11 and would have changed asymptotically to the target speed at 12 and overregulation would have been avoided. In order to avoid this overregulation, a variable 92 proportional to its differential quotient is superimposed on operating variable 1, which is combined with the operating variable to form a resulting control force 13. As the figure shows, the resulting regulating force 13 already has the size 14 at point 0 and zero at point 6.
At the beginning of the control process, the variable 92 supports the operating variable and ensures that the speed of the machine does not increase too much from the outset, but rather remains significantly below the speed (curve 1). In the second part of the control process, variable 92 has a reducing effect on the operating variable, so that the machine gradually adopts its target speed. In addition to the method, a device for exercising the same also forms the subject matter of the invention.
The method can be used to regulate all possible variables, such as voltages, currents, speeds, power supply in power machines of all types and the like. a. m.
A practical embodiment for voltage regulation is shown in Fig. 2 represents. The voltage to be regulated is supplied by the machine 16. The battery 17 supplies the target voltage. It is connected to the machine to be controlled in the usual counter-circuit via a resistor 18 '. The excitation of the machine to be controlled is influenced by the controller 19, which, as indicated by the dotted line 20, is adjusted by an auxiliary motor 21. The auxiliary motor is controlled by a relay 22 in one sense or the other.
The relay 22 has two coils 23 and 24, each of which the coil 23 is connected to the voltage 25 and the coil 24 is connected to the secondary side of a transformer 26, the primary side of which is connected to the resistor 18. The device works in such a way that in the event of a voltage deviation between the armature of the machine 16 and the battery 17, the voltage at the resistor 18 changes and as a result a current surge arrives in the coil 24 via the transformer 26, which is proportional to the differential quotient of the voltage after the time . The coil 23 supplies a force proportional to the operating variable, the coil 24 a force which is superimposed on the first-mentioned force.
The exemplary embodiment shows that the superimposition can be carried out in that one of the operating variable and one of the differential quotient. proportional force act on the same regulating organ.
Fig. 3 shows a further example of a Güseh @vindigkeitsregulierung of machines. The differential gear 33 receives from the shaft 27 the speed of the to be regulated. Machine 32 and from the shaft 28 the target speed with which the speed of the machine 32 is compared. The housing adjustment of the differential gear 33 causes a rotation of the shaft 29, with which a generator 30 is coupled directly or via a gear. The generator feeds the primary side of a transformer 31, the secondary side of which is in the excitation circuit of the machine to be controlled.
The arrangement works in the same way as described above.
Instead of the electrical devices for generating the force, which is proportional to the differential quotient of the operating variable over time, mechanical devices of a known type can also be used, for example designed in the manner of accelerometers .
Another type, the force proportional to the differential quotient. To form in an electrical way consists in using electrodynamic or electrostatic capacitors.
An exemplary embodiment for the use of an electrodynamic capacitor is shown in FIG.
The machine to be controlled is labeled 40. It transmits its speed to the shaft 41 of the differential gear 42, which receives the setpoint speed for the machine 40 from the shaft 43. By adjusting the housing in the event of speed deviations, the controller 45 is influenced via the shaft 44. The controller 45 lies in the circuit of the coil 53 of the controller 54 which supplies the control force proportional to the operating variable.
This circuit is fed by the excitation network 49 or by a tachometer dyna.mo. The 'shaft 44 also transmits its speed to an auxiliary machine 46 which is electrically connected to the machine 48. The connection between the shaft 44 and this machine 46 is indicated by the line 17. Both machines 46 and 48 -erden excited by the excitation network 49, to which the excitation windings 50 respectively. 51 are connected.
The auxiliary machine 48 is also equipped with a flywheel 52. The armature windings of both Ma sehinen are connected in series together with the coil 55 of the regulator 54. The two coils. 53 and 55 influence the contacts 56, which the motor 57, depending on whether the contact 58 respectively. the contact 59 is closed sen, forwards or backwards switch on th. The motor 57 works on the controller 60, with which the excitation current for the machine 40 to be re gel is regulated.
The device works in such a way that if the speed of the motor 40 deviates from the set speed given by the shaft 43, the controller 45 is adjusted by the differential gear and the control force of one coil of the control relay 54 is changed as a result. At the same time, due to the speed deviation, the speed of the machine set 46, 48 is also changed and the control current in the coil 55 is thereby increased or weakened. Both controlled variables are superimposed and, by means of contacts 58, 59, control the auxiliary motor 57 and thereby the excitation of the motor to be controlled.
A voltage divider can also be used in place of the machine 46, as shown in FIG. The voltage divider 61 is connected to the network 49 and at its connection contacts 62, 63 is the armature winding of the machine 48, in the circuit of which the control coil 55 is switched on.
These devices are expediently used in those controls that respond very quickly and must absolutely avoid overregulation, such as for example in paper machines, rolling mills and the like, where several motors are kept at a certain speed depending on, for example, a Leitgeschwindig- speed Need to become.
