      Zusatzpatent    zum Hauptpatent Nr. 152881.    Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen     Azofarlostoffes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen neuen  Farbstoff erhält, welcher der Formel:

    entspricht, wenn man dianotiertes 4-(1'  Methyl)-phenoxyacetylamino -2 . 5-     dimethoxy-          1-aminobenzol    mit dem     2-Methyl-4-methoxy-          anilid    der     2.3-Oxynaphthoesäure    kuppelt.  



  Der neue     Farbstoff    bildet ein dunkel  violettes Pulver.     Auf    geeigneten Substraten,  wie zum Beispiel pflanzlichen Fasern, herge  stellt, färbt er diese in echten violetten  Tönen.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  31,6 Teile     4-(1'-Methyl)-phenoxyacetyl-          amino-2.5-dimethoxy-l-aminobenzol    werden    wie üblich dianotiert und in eine Lösung von  30,7 Teilen des     2-Methyl-4-methoxyanilids     der     2.3-Oxynaphthoesäure,    100 Teilen  30     o/oiger    Natronlauge, 30 Teilen Soda und  2000 Teilen Wasser eingetragen. Der ge  bildete Farbstoff fällt sofort aus. Der dunkel  violette Niederschlag wird filtriert und ge  trocknet.

Der neue Farbstoff bildet ein dunkel violettes Pulver. Auf geeigneten Substraten, wie zum Beispiel pflanzlichen Fasern, herge stellt, färbt er diese in echten violetten Tönen.
