Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung einer stickstoffhaltigen Verbindung. Gegenstand dieses Zusatzpatentes ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung einer stickstoff haltigen Verbindung, welches dadurch ge kennzeichnet ist, dass man Methylmalonsäure- dinitril in Gegenwart eines kondensierend wirkenden Metallehlorids auf Acenaphten ein wirken lässt.
<I>Beispiel.</I> In eine Suspension von 440 Gewichtstei len feinst gepulverten Aluminiumehlorids und <B>300</B> Gewichtsteilen Ohlorbenzol trägt man bei gewöhnlicher Temperatur unter Rühren nebeneinander<B>50</B> Gewichtsteile Methylmalon- säuredinitril und 92,4 Gewichtsteile Acenaph- ten ein. Dabei steigt die Temperatur unter Grünwerden der Schmelze von selbst auf<B>30</B> bis <B>35 0 C.</B> Zur Vervollständigung der Umsetzung rührt man entweder noch längere Zeit bei dieser Temperatur nach, oder besser, man heizt lang sam auf<B>80-110 0</B> C oder auch kurze Zeit bis zum Sieden.
Sobald die grüne Schmelze eine gelbliche Farbe angenommen bat, zersetzt man sie entweder direkt mit Wasser oder nach vorherigem Zusatz von<B>90</B> Gewichts teilen wasserfreiem Kochsalz und Abdestil- lieren des Chlorbenzols im Vakuum. Bei der Aufarbeitung der zersetzten Sohmelze, wie im Beispiel des Hauptpatentes angegeben, erhält man das Methylhomologe des peri-Acenapht- indandions der folgenden Formel:

Es hat ähnliche Eigenschaften wie das nach dem Beispiel des Hauptpatentes er- haltende Diketimid, ist von gelber Farbe, löst sich in starker Schwefelsäure mit gelber Farbe und intensiv gelbgrüner Fluoreszenz. In warmem Wasser löst es sich leicht und kann durch Zusatz von Kochsalz wieder vollständig ausgeschieden werden. Die so er- halteneneue Verbindung dient als Ausgangs material zur Darstellung von Farbstoffen.

It has similar properties to the diketimide obtained according to the example of the main patent, is yellow in color, dissolves in strong sulfuric acid with a yellow color and intensely yellow-green fluorescence. It dissolves easily in warm water and can be completely eliminated by adding table salt. The new compound obtained in this way serves as the starting material for the representation of dyes.
