Description

  

  Dispositif d'éclairage pour automobiles.    L'objet de la présente invention est nu  dispositif d'éclairage pour automobiles, qui  comporte des phares tournants. Ce dispositif  extrêmement simple permet de faire prendre  par avance aux phares la direction dans la  quelle va se mouvoir l'automobile, chose  extrêmement importante dans les contours.  Dans le cas particulier, les phares sont pi  votés dans des supports traversant la carros  serie et reliés à la timonerie actionnée par  le volant de direction, le tout de façon que  les mouvements de cette dernière soient  transmis aux phares pour qu'ils exécutent  les mêmes mouvements que les roues et que  leur faisceau lumineux précède la voiture  dans la direction des virages.  



  <B>Il</B> est représenté, à titre d'exemple, au  dessin annexé, une forme d'exécution d'un  dispositif d'éclairage selon l'invention.  



  La     fig.    1 est une vue en perspective de  l'ensemble;  La     fig.    2 est une coupe au travers du  support et des pivots de l'axe d'un phare.    Le support a comporte un empattement b  au moyen duquel on le fixe sur le     pare-          crotte    c. Ce support se fait de préférence en  aluminium, est creux et contient un pivot d  creux également auquel est fixé un bras  d'accouplement e qu'une tige de conjugaison f  relie à     un    bras semblable fixé au pivot de  l'autre phare. Au travers du pivot d sont  conduits les fils     g    pour les     différentes    lampes  électriques non représentées se trouvant à  l'intérieur du réflecteur la.

   L'extrémité infé  rieure du pivot d porte une manivelle i  qu'une tringle j relie, par l'intermédiaire  d'une bride     k,    au bras de direction<I>1.</I> Ce  dernier est comme d'habitude relié, d'une  part, au volant de direction, non représenté  et, d'autre part, à la tringle     n2    pour la ma  noeuvre des roues n. Il est clair que du fait  de la bride     k    et de la tringle<I>j</I> le bras de  manivelle i suivra les mouvements que     l'oie     communique aux roues. Ceux-ci seront les  mêmes que ceux qu'effectuent les phares, si  bien que le cône lumineux de ces derniers  précédera toujours la. voiture dans les virages.

        II est possible, par un déplacement du  tube à l'intérieur du support a, d'ajuster les  phares en hauteur et, par un déplacement de  la bride<I>k</I> le long du bras<I>1,</I> de régler éga  lement l'amplitude de l'oscillation des phares  eux-mêmes.  



  Ce dispositif est très simple et peut être  adapté à n'importe quelle voiture dont les  phares peuvent être modifiés selon les cir  constances.

   The lower end of the pivot d carries a crank i that a rod j connects, via a flange k, to the steering arm <I> 1. </I> The latter is as usual connected , on the one hand, to the steering wheel, not shown and, on the other hand, to the rod n2 for the operation of the wheels n. It is clear that due to the flange k and the rod <I> j </I> the crank arm i will follow the movements that the goose communicates to the wheels. These will be the same as those performed by the headlights, so that the light cone of the latter will always precede the. car on bends.

        It is possible, by a displacement of the tube inside the support a, to adjust the headlights in height and, by a displacement of the flange <I> k </I> along the arm <I> 1, < / I> also adjust the amplitude of the oscillation of the headlights themselves.



  This device is very simple and can be adapted to any car whose headlights can be changed according to the circumstances.
