Rubber tube ear wire, especially for stables and acidic rooms. The invention relates to a further development of the rubber silica pipe wire according to patent no. 115405. It aims to increase the corrosion resistance of the pipe wire even under particularly unfavorable conditions.
According to! the invention of the rubber hose pipe wire, in which a folded metal jacket is arranged over a rubber jacket that closes the lines airtight and watertight, which is surrounded by alternating layers of impregnation compound and fiber, designed so that on the metal jacket except for the alternating layers . A vulcanized rubber band is wound over an overlap made of impregnation compound and fiber material. This layer consisting of a vulcanized rubber band can advantageously be surrounded on both sides by a layer of impregnation compound.
However, a wrapping made of pre-soaked paper can also be applied directly to the rubber band wrapping. A further improvement can be achieved in that the core, which is located in the interior of the metal jacket and is provided with a rubber jacket, has a coating of a core that dries at a low temperature, for example 30 to 40 elastic varnish is surrounded, preferably such a varnish, which is based on cellulose derivatives.
Furthermore, the metal strip which is used to produce the metal jacket can be provided with a coating of this type. For this purpose, the metal strip can be drawn through a corresponding paint bath during the manufacturing process leading to the production of the folded metal jacket A rubber hose pipe wire has proven to be particularly useful, in which a layer of impregnation compound is placed on the metal jacket, over which a layer made of overlapping, vulcanized rubber base,
Above this a covering made of paper and above it again a Schielit made of impregnation compound is applied, above which an outer braid impregnated with insulating compound is arranged. In the figures, exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown.
In Fig. 1, a, two lead wires coated with rubber in a known manner. B is the common rubber cover in which the two conductors are embedded in an airtight manner. C is the folded metal jacket, d a neutral wire, which is inserted between the rubber filling and the metal jacket and is conductively connected to the metal jacket.
On the metal jacket is a layer of impregnation compound e, over this a vulcanized rubber wound from overlapping # d and existing layer i-, over this a wrapping of paper f and above Again a layer of impregnation compound e is applied; g is the outer braid impregnated with insulating compound.
In FIG. 2, over the folded metal jacket c is a layer of impregnation compound e, over this an overlapping rolled-up layer i made of vulcanized rubber band , over it again a layer made of insulating compound e, over which a layer of impregnated paper f, a layer of impregnating compound e and over this the outer braiding g soaked with insulating compound is applied.
Fig. 3 shows a rubber hose tube twist, similar to those shown in Fig. 1 and 2, with the difference that on the rubber jacket b </ B> another lacquer coating is applied to the Zelli Lloseätlier.
In the embodiment of a tubular wire according to FIG. 4, in which, in the same way as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, alternate layers of impregnating compound, fiber, on the folded metal jacket c fabric and elastic band are applied, the folded metal jacket c is also covered on both sides with a Laek cover m.
