Yerseilmaschine, insbesondere ziir Drahtseilherstellung.
Rope machine, especially for wire rope production. The invention relates to a stranding machine in which the individual wires or wires provided with reverse rotation. The strands are guided along a recirculating body that carries the locking frame, which is locked in the rest position.
The novelty is that in the wire bundle two rotations in the same direction are carried into the wire bundle during one rotation and on one side of the circulating body, which are unscrewed again in the opposite sense by a driven laying plate, so that when the rope is hit at the same time on the other side of the laying plate at the press jaw equalize in the same way as the reverse rotations of the individual wires.
The laid rope is therefore completely free of tension. The fact that the twisting conditions are continuously compensated when the rope is hit, on the one hand a light construction of the machine is possible, and on the other hand, compared to the known machines, a much faster gear and thus also a significantly increased performance is achieved, since according to the invention there are no inhibiting Forces occur more because the twisting conditions are forced into the material when the rope is hit.
In the drawing, an example embodiment of such a Ma machine is shown in Fig. 1 in the front view; Fig. 2 shows a detail in longitudinal section, while Fig. 3 is a cross section along the line III-III of FIG.
In the bearing blocks 1, 2, the rotating body 3, driven by the belt pulley 4, whose transverse arms 5, G carry the cable frame 7, rotates. The latter is loosely suspended and locked in the stable equilibrium position in a manner known per se. In a likewise known manner, the laying plate 9 sitting on the hollow shaft 8, as well as the pressing jaw 10 and the self-coupled winding device 11 are arranged in the frame 7.
The latter is provided with an adjustable take-off disk 11a and a winding drum 11b for evenly pulling the material to be stranded.
The pivot pin 12 of the rotating body 3, which is mounted in the bearing block 1, accommodates a second, likewise hollow shaft 13, through the cavity of which the individual wires are inserted into the machine. On the pivot 12 there is a gear 14 which, by engaging in the gear 15, drives the shaft 16 which sets the individual reverse rotation bodies in motion for the individual wires. The gear 17 is rigidly attached to the bearing block 1, while the gear 18 sits on the inner hollow shaft 13 (Fig. 2). The gear 19 is rigidly attached to the bearing block 2.
In the transverse arms 5, 6 of Umlaufkör pers 3, the axial guide shaft 21 provided with separating plates 20 is rotatably mounted. The separating plates are provided with sliding openings for the individual wires which are arranged concentrically to the shaft axis and which are grouped around the shaft 21 (Fig. 3).
The pivot pin 22 of the twisting frame 7 mounted in the cross arm 6 is penetrated by the hollow shaft 8. On this is seated towards the bearing plate 9 towards the outside and the gear 24 towards the outside. The wire bundle is guided through the shaft 8 to the laying plate 9, which is provided with sliding openings for the individual wires, from where it continues to the press jaw 1.0 and finally is wound onto the drum 11b via the take-off disk lla. Guide rollers 25, 26 for the wire bundle are attached to the circulating body 3.
From the guide shaft 21 the material to be stranded is converged over the roller 25 to the roller 26 and then fed to the rope frame 7 opposite to the direction of draw-in.
The shaft 27 with the gears 28, 29 seated on it is rotatably mounted between the transverse arm 6 and the rotating body 3. The wheel 29 engages in the rotation of the body, 3 circling in the stationary wheel 19 of the same size, and the wheel 28 transmits the rotation of the shaft 27 by means of an intermediate wheel 30 to the wheel 24 of the same size. With one revolution of the body 3, the shaft rotates 2 7 twice, with the result that the laying plate 9 rotates twice in the direction of the rotating body 3.
The shaft 21 with the gears 32, 33 seated on it is mounted between the transverse arm ″ and the rotating body 3. The wheel 32 engages the stationary wheel 17 as it rotates around the body 3 and the wheel 33 transmits the rotational movement of the shaft 31 the wheel 34 coupled to the guide shaft 21.
The edges 17, 32, 33, 2'4 are of the same size, so that with one revolution of the body 3, the guide shaft 2'1 executes one revolution in the opposite direction of rotation. As a result, the guide shaft 21 does not change its position with respect to the stationary machine frame 1, 2 during operation, that is, the top wire guide in the plates 20 always maintains this position with respect to the machine foundation. The material to be stranded through the hollow shaft 13 through the shaft 21 is thus not twisted as it rotates around the body 3 . As a result of the reverse rotation of the shaft 2.1, the first twist occurs in the wire bundle at roller 25 and the second at roller 26.
Due to the nature of the lines of the wire bundle behind the roller 26, the twisting of the wire bundle occurring on the water role is aligned with the one occurring at roller 25. For example, if the rotating body 3 rotates to the right from the bearing block 2, the rotating bundle is twisted together with two left strokes, while it is twisted together with two right strokes when the rotating body 3 is turned in the opposite direction.
There. Now the laying plate 9 rotates twice as fast and in the same direction as the revolving body, the two twists carried into the wire bundle on this side of the laying plate 9 are first unscrewed again, while at the same time the rope is knocked on the press jaw 10 on the other side of the laying plate. The in the wire bundle up to the sen fork point 53 propagating during the twists are therefore continuously compensated for when the rope is hit, see above. that the laid rope is inherently free of tension.
Since the individual wires of the bundle are also twisted twice during the whipping process, which would cause torsional loads, each wire is twisted twice back before it is fed into the machine. For this purpose, each wire is guided over a circling bow-shaped rotary wing 52 ge. In the drawing, only a single rotary wing is shown. The rotating vanes 52, which are arranged next to one another or one behind the other, are engaged by wheels 35, 36, 37, 38, 39 with the drive shaft 16, which rotates in the bearing blocks 1 and 40.
In the hollow pivot 41 of the wing 52 rotating in the bearing block 40, the frame 42, in which the unwinding reel 43 of a single wire rotates, rests in the stable equilibrium position. During unwinding, each individual wire is introduced approximately from the middle of the bracket over the guide roller 44, then along the bracket via rollers 45, 46, 47 through the hollow shaft 12 into the machine. The rollers 44, 45, 46, 47 are arranged on the inside of the wing 52. The transmission ratio of the drive wheels of the individual vanes 52 is such that each vane executes one revolution of the body 3 by exactly the same revolution.
As a result, each individual wire in the rollers 44 and 47 receives a reverse rotation. These 3 reverse rotations propagate freely in the wire bundle up to its stranding point on the press jaw 10, since the additional reverse rotation of the individual wires that occurs when the entire wire bundle is twisted in roll 25 is canceled again due to the opposite pulling direction of the wire bundle in roll 26. The two reverse rotations of the individual wires are also compensated by the two oppositely directed rotations of the laying plate 9 when the rope is hit.
On the shaft 21 sits the gear 48, which engages in a circling manner in the wheel 18 of the same size of the hollow shaft 13 (FIG. 2), so that the shaft 13 does not rotate when the body 3 rotates. The wheel 48 'is of the same size as the wheels 17, 32, 33 and 34. On the trunnion 23 of the V erseilrahmens 7 stored in the transverse arm 5, the drive wheel 49 engaging in the gear 33 of the shaft 31 is attached. When the body 3 runs around the wheel 33 orbits the wheel 49 of the same size, as a result of which the cable frame 7 is locked in the rest position.
Between the stranding frame and the transverse arm 5, the gear 50 is fixedly attached to the latter, which engages in the wheel 51 attached to the drive shaft of the winder 11 and, by means of toothed gears and drive shafts coupled to it, the take-off disk 11a and from this the winding drum 11b of the struck Rope sets in motion in a known manner.
The mode of operation is as follows: The individual wires guided over a rotary vane 52 are drawn in side by side through the hollow shaft 13 into the machine, to now in a separate arrangement along the shaft 21, then converging over the roller 25 and further over the roller 26 opposite to the draw-in direction to be fed to the stranding mechanism and to be pulled forward from the take-off disk 11a to the winding drum 11b.
Both the two rotations carried into the wire bundle during one revolution of the body 3 on the rollers 25 and 26, as well as the two reverse rotations generated in the individual wires of the rollers 44 and 47 of the rotary vanes 52 are the same when the rope is hit by two opposing ones Rotations of the laying plate 9 rotating twice as fast and in the same direction as the body 3.
The laid rope is therefore free of tension and torsional stress. The stranding machine described can also be used as a entangling machine if the twisting of the wire bundle occurring in the rollers 25 and 26 is concentrated in front of the now stationary laying plate. Here the wire bundle is fed through the hollow guide shaft 21 and further over the rollers 25 and 26 directly to the winding device 11 of the stranding frame 7.
By resilient Klem men or the like, which are built into the guide shaft, the wire bundle is rotated together with the guide shaft. The latter is driven in such a way that it rotates twice in the direction of the body 3 when it rotates. Here, the twisting on the rollers 25 and 26 into the wire bundle is canceled again.
In front of the stationary laying plate, the now rotating press jaw is arranged, which sits on the elongated hollow shaft 13. The latter is coupled in such a way that when the body 3 rotates, it rotates twice in its direction, whereby the rope is twisted with two blows before it is pulled into the machine. The two reverse turns of the individual wires are compensated for at the entanglement point of the wire bundle in a manner analogous to stranding.
