Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung einer flüssigen,     nieht        gelatinierenden    Seife.    Durch das Patent Nr. 139813 ist eine flüs  sige, nicht gelatinierende Seife geschützt  worden, die durch einen Gehalt an     Ammo-          niumthiosulfat    gekennzeichnet ist. Diese Seife  wird nach dem Verfahren des genannten  Patentes hergestellt, indem das     Ammonium-          thiosulfat    zur Seife zugesetzt wird.

      Diese flüssige,     ammoniumthiosulfathaltige,     nicht gelatinierende Seife kann gemäss vor  liegender Erfindung aber auch hergestellt  werden, indem man zum Beispiel einer mit  den handelsüblichen Prozentsätzen von Fett  säure hergestellten flüssigen Seife solche  Salzgemische zusetzt, die durch Umsetzung       Ammoniumthiosulfat    ergeben.    Auch die so hergestellten Seifen sind, wie  Versuche ergaben, ohne jeden weiteren Zu  satz von Glyzerin, Alkohol, Zucker und  Pottasche von klarem Aussehen und hervor  ragend guter Schaumkraft. Sie sind lager  beständig und dicken im \Laufe der Zeit  meist nicht ein. Sie kleben auch nicht.

      Für besondere Zwecke lassen sich diese  Seifen natürlich auch mit weiteren Zusätzen  verschiedener, gegen     Ammoniumthiosulfat     indifferenter Stoffe, so zum Beispiel Glyzerin,  Desinfektionsmitteln und ähnlichen, herstellen.    <I>Beispiel:</I>    Die Seifenmenge, die auf halbwarmem  Wege aus<B>500</B> kg     Kokosöl,    65 kg     Olein    und  525 kg     Ätzkalilauge    von 38       Be    gewonnen  worden ist, wird unter Umrühren mit einer  warmen Lösung von 230 kg     Na2S20s.    5     Hz0     und 120 kg     Ammoniumkarbonat    in 1750 Liter  Wasser vermengt. Man lässt dann erkalten  und filtriert von etwaigen Verunreinigungen.

Tests have shown that the soaps produced in this way also have a clear appearance and excellent foaming power without any further addition of glycerine, alcohol, sugar and potash. They are stable in storage and usually do not thicken over time. They don't stick either.

      For special purposes, these soaps can of course also be produced with other additives of various substances that are indifferent to ammonium thiosulphate, such as glycerine, disinfectants and the like. <I> Example: </I> The amount of soap that has been obtained in a warm way from <B> 500 </B> kg of coconut oil, 65 kg of olein and 525 kg of caustic potash solution of 38 Be is mixed with a warm solution of 230 kg Na2S20s. 5 Hz0 and 120 kg ammonium carbonate mixed in 1750 liters of water. It is then allowed to cool and any impurities are filtered off.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung einer flüssigen, nicht gelatinierenden Seife, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass man flüssiger Seife solche Salzgemische zusetzt, die durch Umsetzung Ammoniumthiosulfat ergeben. UNTERANSPRÜCHE: 1. Verfahren nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man als Salzgemisch ein Gemisch von Natriumthiosulfat und Ammoniumkarbonat verwendet. 2. Verfarren nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man der Seifenmasse noch andere Stoffe, die gegen Thiosulfat indifferent sind, zusetzt.
