Pièce à musique. Les pièces à musique connues, à remon toir, comportent en général un barillet con tenant un ressort de petite dimension et qui, en conséquence, permet de ne faire jouer que pendant un temps relativement court.
L'objet de la présente invention est une pièce à musique dont le cylindre porte- chevilles est actionné par un spiral de grande dimension, non enfermé dans un barillet, et dont une extrémité est figée au bâti, tandis que l'autre extrémité commande une roue dentée qui, par le moyen d'une roue inter médiaire, agit sur un pignon fixé au cylin dre.
Les fig. 1 et 2 du dessin annexé mon trent, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécu tion de l'objet de l'invention.
La fig. 1 en est une vue en plan et la fig. 2 en est une vue en élévation, les en grenages actionnant le régulateur n'étant pas représentés.
1 désigne la platine principale compre nant une boîte 2 et un palier 3, servant de supports à un cylindre porte-chevilles 4, agissant sur des lames musicales 5. Une roue dentée 6, solidaire du cylindre 4, fait tourner un régulateur à air 7, par l'intermé diaire d'un train d'engrenages 8. Un pignon 9, solidaire de l'axe du cylindre 4, engrène avec une roue intermédiaire 10, fixée sur un arbre 23 et placée dans la boîte 2.
La partie décrite ci-dessus est connue et l'on a supprimé, dans la boîte 2, le petit ressort spiral faisant fonctionner la pièce à musique pour le remplacer par le mouvement décrit ci-dessous.
11 désigne un pont fixé au sommet de la boîte 2 et, d'autre part, au moyen d'écrous 12, 12', sur des piliers 13, reposant sur une platine secondaire 14, laquelle est solidarisée à la platine 1 au moyen d'une plaque mince 15, fig. 2, rivée de moitié sur chaque pla tine.
La platine 14 et le pont 11 servent de paliers à un arbre de remontage 16, com portant une clé amovible 17. U n grand res sort spiral 18 est fixé par son extrémité intérieure à l'arbre 16 et par son extrémité extérieure à l'un des piliers 13.
Une roue dentée 19, engrenant avec la roue intermédiaire 10, est jumelée avec une roue dentée à rochet 20. Les roues 19 et 20 tournent librement autour de leur axe constitué par l'arbre 16. Un rochet 21, formé d'une rondelle métallique fixée sur l'arbre 16, comporte deux lames flexibles 22, diamétra lement opposées, découpées dans ladite ron delle, et dont les extrémités mobiles, recour bées, sont en prise avec les dents de la roue 20.
En tournant l'arbre 16 et avec la coopé ration du rochet 21, l'on remonte le ressort 18 tandis que le régulateur 7 en règle le déroulement.
L'arbre 23 est destiné à recevoir un ob jet tel qu'un ë'marionnette, un arbre de Noël, etc., lesquels tournent ainsi lentement sur eux-mêmes durant l'exécution d.'un morceau de musique.
Grâce au dispositif décrit, les pièces à musique ordinaires, pouvant être remontées pour un temps relativement court, peuvent être transformées afin de fonctionner plus longtemps.
Sans sortir du cadre de l'invention, l'on pourrait établir le pont 11 et la platine se- condaire 14 d'une seule pièce et fixer celle-ci sur la platine 1, ou encore l'on pourrait établir une seule platine remplaçant les deux platines 1 et 14.

1 designates the main plate comprising a box 2 and a bearing 3, serving as supports for a cylinder holder 4, acting on musical blades 5. A toothed wheel 6, integral with the cylinder 4, turns an air regulator 7 , by the intermediary of a gear train 8. A pinion 9, integral with the axis of the cylinder 4, meshes with an intermediate wheel 10, fixed on a shaft 23 and placed in the box 2.
The part described above is known and the small spiral spring operating the musical piece has been removed from box 2 and replaced by the movement described below.
11 designates a bridge fixed to the top of the box 2 and, on the other hand, by means of nuts 12, 12 ', on pillars 13, resting on a secondary plate 14, which is secured to the plate 1 by means of 'a thin plate 15, fig. 2, riveted in half on each plate.
The plate 14 and the bridge 11 serve as bearings for a winding shaft 16, comprising a removable key 17. A large hairspring spell 18 is fixed by its inner end to the shaft 16 and by its outer end to the one of the pillars 13.
A toothed wheel 19, meshing with the intermediate wheel 10, is paired with a ratchet toothed wheel 20. The wheels 19 and 20 rotate freely around their axis formed by the shaft 16. A ratchet 21, formed of a metal washer fixed on the shaft 16, comprises two flexible blades 22, diametrically opposed, cut in said ron delle, and whose movable ends, curved, are in engagement with the teeth of the wheel 20.
By turning the shaft 16 and with the cooperation of the ratchet 21, the spring 18 is raised while the regulator 7 regulates its progress.
The shaft 23 is intended to receive an object such as a puppet, a Christmas tree, etc., which thus rotate slowly on themselves during the performance of a piece of music.
By virtue of the device described, ordinary musical pieces, which can be rewound for a relatively short time, can be transformed in order to function longer.
Without departing from the scope of the invention, one could establish the bridge 11 and the secondary plate 14 in a single piece and fix the latter on the plate 1, or else one could establish a single replacement plate. the two plates 1 and 14.
