Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Aminodiphenylaminderivates. Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Aminodiphe- nylaminderivates, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man p-Nitrosotoluol mit o-Nitrosoanisol kon densiert und das Kondensationsprodukt mit einem Reduktionsmittel behandelt.
Das erhaltene, bisher nicht bekannte 4'- Methyl-3-methogy-4-aminodiphenylamin hat nach Kristallisation des schwefelsauren Salzes den Schmelzpunkt 94-96 . Es soll als Zwi schenprodukt zur Herstellung von Farbstoffen verwendet werden.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 36 Teile p-Nitrosotoluol und 41 Teile o-Nitrosoanisol werden zusammen geschmol zen und noch warm in 800 Teile Schwefel säure von 60 B6 bei 5 eintropfen gelassen. Es wird dann noch etwa 2 Stunden weiterge rührt, bis eine klare, rote Lösung entstanden ist. Die beim Ausgiessen in "Wasser erhaltene, eventuell filtrierte; klare Lösung wird noch warm mit Kochsalz versetzt, die rotbraune Fällung abgesaugt und in 2000-3000 Volum- teilen verdünnter Natronlauge gelöst.
Die klare, tiefrote Lösung wird mit einer Lösung von<B>110</B> Teilen geschmolzenem Schwefel natrium in Wasser versetzt und langsam auf 80 erwärmt, wobei sich das Reduktionspro dukt in festem Zustand ausscheidet und nach Erkalten abgesaugt, gewaschen und getrock net wird.
Process for the preparation of an aminodiphenylamine derivative. The present patent relates to a process for the preparation of an aminodiphenylamine derivative, characterized in that p-nitrosotoluene is condensed with o-nitrosoanisole and the condensation product is treated with a reducing agent.
The previously unknown 4'-methyl-3-methogy-4-aminodiphenylamine obtained has a melting point of 94-96 after crystallization of the sulfuric acid salt. It should be used as an inter mediate product for the production of dyes.
<I> Example: </I> 36 parts of p-nitrosotoluene and 41 parts of o-nitrosoanisole are melted together and allowed to drip into 800 parts of sulfuric acid of 60 B6 at 5 while still warm. The mixture is then stirred for about 2 hours until a clear, red solution has formed. The possibly filtered, clear solution obtained when pouring into water is mixed with common salt while it is still warm, the red-brown precipitate is suctioned off and dissolved in 2000-3000 parts by volume of dilute sodium hydroxide solution.
The clear, deep red solution is mixed with a solution of <B> 110 </B> parts of molten sodium sulfur in water and slowly heated to 80, whereby the reduction product separates out in a solid state and, after cooling, is filtered off with suction, washed and dried .
