Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Küpenfarbstofies. Es wurde gefunden, dass man aus Mono- amirroanthanthron, wie es durch Reduktion des durch Behandeln von Anthanthron mit Salpetersäure in Gegenwart eines Verdünnungs mittels erhältlichen Mononitroanthanthrons gewonnen werden kann, durch Diazotieren und Behandeln des Diazokörpers mit Jodka- liumlösung Monojodanthanthron herstellen kann.
Der erhaltene Farbstoff löst sich in kon zentrierter Schwefelsäure mit grüner Farbe und färbt aus violettroter Küpe Baumwolle in orangefarbenen Tönen.
<I>Beispiel:</I> Monoaminoanthanthron (dargestellt zum Beispiel durch Reduktion des nach dem Ver fahren des schweiz. Patentes Nr. 140417 erhältlichen Mononitroanthanthron, gelöst in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure, wird bei Zimmer temperatur mit Nitrose (Lösung von Nitrosyl- schwefelsäure in Schwefelsäure) oder Nitrit wie üblich diazotiert. Das erhaltene Diazosulfat wird direkt oder nach Verdünnung mit Eis, wobei es sich in Form feiner Kristalle abscheidet,
unter Rühren mit der berechneten Menge von in Wasser gelöstem Kaliumjodid in Mono jodanthanthron übergeführt. Die Umsetzung wird durch Rühren und schliesslich durch Erwärmen auf<B>70"</B> C beendet. Man saugt das Reaktionsprodukt ab und trocknet. Die Reinigung des erhaltenen Farbstoffes kann durch Umkrista)lisieren aus hochsiedenden organischen Lösungsmitteln, wie Nitrobenzol, oder über das sich aus wasserhaltiger Schwe felsäure abscheidende Sulfat erfolgen.
