Fenster.
Window. The present invention relates to a window with a U-shaped profiled outer sash frame part composed of * each an L-shaped profiled part and a supplement with a tensioned glazing between the inwardly curved sole ends of the individual parts.
The novelty of the window according to the invention is that the outer sash frame part has two closed, single-frame parts, formed on the one hand by the L-shaped profiled part and on the other hand by the supplementary part, braced against each other in the plane perpendicular to the window and these by likewise perpendicular to the window plane standing screws are pressed against the glazing with the leg ends bent inwards at right angles.
Two embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown in cross section in the drawing. The outer frame part of the window sash according to FIG. 1 is bent from metal and has an essentially U-shaped cross section, with on the side of the web a in the plane of the one leg c ', c "a fold b is formed.
The ends e 'and e "of the U-legs c', c" respectively. d are bent inwards so that the latter are L-shaped.
One U-leg c, c ″ is divided by a longitudinal cut f , where the outer frame part in the egg supplementary part e ', b, a, d, e ' and the L-part c ", ell is decomposed.
Between the two angular bends e 'and e ", the two panes of glass h', </ I, held at the required distance from one another by a strip running all around, engage in the U-opening of the frame cross-section > h ", the edge of which is encompassed by a cross-sectionally U-shaped strip i made of rubber or some other sealing material with the cross-sectional opening.
A wooden slat lo inserted into the U-opening and riveted to the walls c 'and d extends to approximately the inner edge of the glass panes h' and h "and thus allows the angles to bend on the inside the cavities l ', l "free, which can be streaked with glass putty as a further seal.
The L-part c ", e" is attached by the screws m to the wooden slat k and exercises when tightening the screws ben with the edge facing the disc plane of the angular bend e ", which in one to the The plane parallel to the glass panes exerts a pressure directed across the surface of the glass panes, whereby the rubber seals of the glass panes come into effect and at the same time the panes are held firmly and secured. Tests have shown that the seal is completely waterproof and dustproof.
To change the window panes in the event of a break, only the frame part c ", e" has to be lifted off, which makes the two panes accessible. The play remaining between the edge of the slat k and the rubber seals i allows the panes to be lifted out easily.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 2, e ', d, b, a, c' is the supplementary part and c ", e" is the L part of the edges of the two Close the window h ', h!' edging, bent from sheet metal, essentially U-shaped in cross-section, the outer frame part. Deviating from the above-described embodiment, the dividing section is laid in the outward-facing Selienkel level,
which in the closed state of the window rests against the window frame, which is also bent from sheet metal.
As can be seen from the drawing, one part c ", e" overlaps with its edge part the edge of the other frame part c ', a, b, d, </ I > e ', so that nael: L inserting the window panes h', h "into the frame before connecting the two frame parts is an outwardly projecting one Sealing strip p , suitably made of rubber, can be inserted, which seals the interior of the room from the outside air and at the same time ensures that the window closes silently.
