Presskorb an Früchtepressen.
Diesem Nachteil schafft nun vorliegende Erfindung, die einen Presskorb an Früchte pressen zum Gegenstande hat, Abhilfe. Das Wesen dieses Erfindungsgegenstandes, be stehend aus zwei voneinander trennbaren Teilen, deren jeder rostartig mit vertikal verlaufenden und durch Rahmen gehaltenen Stäben ausgebildet ist, liegt darin, dass die obern und untern Stabenden des einen und die obern Stabenden des andern Teils an der Innenseite je eines Rahmens befestigt sind und dass die beiden Teile mit ihren Stäben derart ineinander eingegliedert sind, dass zwischen den einzelnen Stäben der beiden Teile Zwischenräume vorhanden sind;
Press basket on fruit presses. The previously known press baskets on fruit presses have the disadvantage that they, with a rust-like design with vertically extending bars, consist of a single part, which means that the remnants of the fruit pressed into the spaces between the bars require cleaning of the press complicate the basket.
This disadvantage now creates the present invention, which has a press basket to press fruits as an object, remedy. The essence of this subject of the invention, consisting of two separable parts, each of which is designed like a grate with vertically extending rods held by frames, is that the upper and lower rod ends of the one and the upper rod ends of the other part on the inside each one Frame are attached and that the two parts with their rods are integrated into one another in such a way that there are spaces between the individual rods of the two parts;
furthermore that the part provided with a frame can be lifted out of the part provided with two frames, the whole for the purpose of being able to clean the press basket faster and better.
In the accompanying drawing, a square embodiment of the subject of the invention is shown, namely: FIG. 1 shows the front view of the same with a partially lifted press basket part, FIG. 2 shows the front view of the 1'ress basket with parts incorporated into one another, and FIG. 3 shows a plan view of a Side part of the press basket.
1 are bars of a basket part which are attached to the inside of the square frame 2 and at the other ends to the inside of the square frame 3, while the upper ends of the bars 4 of the other part of the basket are attached to the inside of the square frame 5. 6 and 7 are bars attached to the bars 4, while 8 represents a square container provided with a juice drainage pipe 9.
The rods 4 held by the frame 5 are integrated into the rods 1 held by the frames 2 and 3 in such a way that an intermediate space 10 remains between the individual rods 1 and 4 according to FIG.
If one now wants to clean the press basket b shown in the position of use in FIG. b. The gaps 10 of the remains of the pressed fruit be free, so the press basket part consisting of the bars 4 and the frame 5 is excavated from the press basket part according to FIG. 1, which is formed by the frames 2 and 3 and the bars 1. The bolts 6 and 7, which hold the two press basket parts together, are rotated from the position shown in FIG. 2 to that of FIG. 1.
To ensure that each side of the press basket part consisting of the frames 2 and 3 and the bars 1 can be separated from the other sides and can be lifted out separately, there are angled loops 11 on all four corners of the frame 2 (in the drawing are only two ersicht Lich) attached, which are held together by a rod 12 on each side of the frame (only one of the same can be seen in the drawing), while on the other hand the frame 3 is free at its four corners.
The other press basket part consisting of the frame 5 and the rods 4 is made such that each side of the basket can be separated from the other sides due to the arrangement of bolts 13 attached to the four corners of the frame 5 (only two are visible in the drawing) and can be excavated individually.
The shape of the subject matter of the invention can instead of a square also be a round or oval, in which case the two press basket parts consist of at least two vonein other separable peripheral parts, all for the purpose of individual pages or parts from the other sides respectively. To make parts separable and to be able to dig out individually. The subject of invention described above is primarily made in wood; however, it can also be made of other suitable material.
The bolts 13 can also be omitted from the subject matter of the invention, such that the frame 5 is free from the outset at its four corners so that each side of the press basket part can be lifted out separately if it is square.
