Entsafter für Apfelsinen und ähnliche Früchte Die Erfindung betrifft
eine Vorrichtung, die den Zweck hat, Apfelsinen und ähnlichen Früchten den Saft
auf einfache Weise zu entziehen und in ein Sammelgefäß laufen zu lassen, ohne daß
hierbei Kerne und Fruchtfleisch mitgehen können und ohne daß -es notwendig ist,
die Frucht vorher zu entschalen oder zu zerteilen. Vorrichtungen, die einem derartigen
Zwecke dienen, sind bekamt und bestehen zumeist aus einer oder mehreren Röhren,
die in die Frucht eingedrückt werden und zwecks Abflußmöglichkeit des Saftes mit
mehreren seitlichen Öffnungen versehen sind. Diesen bekannten Vorrichtungen gegenüber
liegt das Neue der Erfindung darin, daß die Frucht auf eine Anzahl vorzugsweise
senkrecht auf der Oberseite eines tellerartigen Trägers festeingesetzter, nach oben
zugespitzter Abflußröhren aufgesteckt wird, wobei der Teller, den Rand des Sammelgefäßes
abdeckend, eine feste Stütze beim
Zusammendrücken der Frucht von Hand aus
bildet und der Saft sowohl durch die Röhren hindurch in das Sammelgefäß als auch
längs derselben nach dem Teller und durch eine Mittelöffnung desselben ebenfalls
in das Sammelgefäß abfließen kann. Da die Röhren außerdem gemäß der Erfindung mit
längsschlitzartigen Seitenöffnungen versehen sind, ist verhindert, daß der Saftabfluß
