Process for the production of seamless Isoller and underlay floors. and finished, walkable flooring. In the processes that have become known up to now for the production of seamless insulating and underlay floors and ready-to-walk floor coverings, a large amount of water had to be added to the surface of the solid ceiling, for example a concrete ceiling and the filling material to be applied, which is designed as a plastic mass, to achieve an intimate connection between these parts and on the other hand,
to bring about the sealing process.
However, this large water supply causes major disadvantages for the building object, the main ones being the hindrance to the completion of the same due to moisture and a long period of drying out of the soil and consequent delayed availability of the premises.
By the subject of the present invention forming method these .Hängel are to be eliminated, namely the novelty of the same lies in the fact that the to be applied to the solid ceiling, for example from pumice gravel, pumice, tuff, cork, gravel, slag or the like existing Filler tar is added to the Malradam formation, whereupon the poured and pulped mixed material receives a practically anhydrous smooth coat as a cover, the binder of which hardens quickly.
In the accompanying drawing, an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the form of a floor produced according to the present process, where B denotes a concrete corner formed as a solid ceiling, on which the tar-treated filler material F is carried. G denotes the smooth line and L a linoleum laid over it.
According to the method, depending on the type and purpose of the building object, tar is added to the gravel, pumice skewer, pumice sand, tuff material, slag, cork grist or the like, used as filler material, so that a tar macadam mass is formed. This tarmac-3rd barrel, or the mixed material F, comes dry into the building object, is poured onto the solid ceiling, spread out and tamped so that the individual parts of the filling material are intimately connected with one another.
This tar macadam mass F, the surface of which is rough, is now given a cover in the form of a vain smooth line G in order to compensate for its unevenness and to create a smooth surface as a support for a linoleum L or the like.
The smooth coat G is made, for example, by two-quarters mixing of soda water glass, powdered lime, caustic soda, magnesia, aluminum hydroxide and asbestos fibers with each other as a spreadable and rapidly hardening, practically anhydrous mass receive.
By adding dye, a ready-to-walk floor covering is created, so that linoleum covering or the like can also be dispensed with.
For the smooth coat G , bitumen-soaked wool or asbestos fibers covered with nork meal could also be used.
The example of the method described has the advantage that, through its application, seamless, sound and moisture-insulating, acid-free floors can be created that dry quickly, with the possibility of breaking the tarmac mass and the smooth line are excluded, due to their elasticity and because the covering is not tied to the solid ceiling, but is only tamped on it and is therefore not influenced by changes to the latter.
