Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Küpenfarbstoffes. Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen wert vollen Küpenfarbstoff erhält, wenn man 1 Mol des durch direkte Bromierung von 2.2'-Di- benzanthronyl erhaltenen Tetrabrom-2.2'- dibenzanthronyls mit 2 Mol 1-Aminoanthra- chinon, zweckmässig in Gegenwart von säure bindenden Mitteln und Metallverbindungen, z. B. Kupferverbindungen, erhitzt.
Der neue Farbstoff löst sich in konzen trierter Schwefelsäure mit rotvioletter Farbe und färbt aus blauer Küpe die vegetabilische Faser in sehr echten schwarzen Tönen.
<I>Beispiel 1:</I> 10 Teile Tetrabrom-2.2'-dibenzanthroiiyl (erhalten durch Bromieren von 2.2'-Dibenz- anthronyl in Chlorsulfonsäure oder durch Eintragen von 2.2'-Dibenzanthronyl in über schüssiges Brom) werden mit 6 Teilen 1- Aminoanthrachinon, 2 Teilen calcinierterSoda, 0,2 Teilen Kupferoxyd und 200 Teilen Nitro- benzol solange zum Sieden erhitzt, bis die Farbstoffbildung beendet ist.
Nach dem Er kalten auf zirka 8011 wird abgesaugt, mit warmem Nitrobenzol, Alkohol und Wasser gewaschen.
<I>Beispiel 2</I> 10 Teile Tetrabrom-2-2'-dibenzanthronyl werden mit 6 Teilen 1-Aminoanthrachinon, 2 Teilen calcinierter Soda und 0,3 Teilen Kupferoxyd gut gemischt und im Bleibad 2-3 Stunden lang auf 320-340 Bleibad temperatur erhitzt. Die anfangs zähflüssige Schmelze wird nach und nach fest. Nach dem Erkalten wird die Schmelze zerkleinert und mit heissem Wasser angerührt, filtriert und getrocknet. Der erhaltene schwarze Farb stoff kann noch durch Auskochen mit hoch siedenden Lösungsmitteln gereinigt werden.

It has been found that a valuable vat dye is obtained if 1 mol of the tetrabromo-2.2'-dibenzanthronyl obtained by direct bromination of 2,2'-dibenzanthronyl is obtained with 2 mol of 1-aminoanthraquinone, advantageously in the presence of acid-binding agents and metal compounds, e.g. B. copper compounds heated.
The new dye dissolves in concentrated sulfuric acid with a red-violet color and dyes the vegetable fibers in very real black shades from a blue vat.
<I> Example 1: </I> 10 parts of tetrabromo-2.2'-dibenzanthroiiyl (obtained by brominating 2.2'-dibenzanthronyl in chlorosulfonic acid or by introducing 2.2'-dibenzanthronyl into excess bromine) are mixed with 6 parts of 1- Aminoanthraquinone, 2 parts of calcined soda, 0.2 parts of copper oxide and 200 parts of nitrobenzene are heated to the boil until the dye formation has ended.
After cooling to about 8011 it is filtered off with suction, washed with warm nitrobenzene, alcohol and water.
<I> Example 2 </I> 10 parts of tetrabromo-2-2'-dibenzanthronyl are mixed well with 6 parts of 1-aminoanthraquinone, 2 parts of calcined soda and 0.3 part of copper oxide and heated to 320- in a lead bath for 2-3 hours. 340 lead bath temperature heated. The initially viscous melt gradually solidifies. After cooling, the melt is comminuted and mixed with hot water, filtered and dried. The black dye obtained can still be cleaned by boiling it with high-boiling solvents.
