Vorrichtung zum Entfernen alter Leim- und lialkfarbenanstriche -von Decken un & *Wänden. Das Entfernen der alten Anstriche von Decken und Wänden geschah bisher meist mittelst einer in der Hand zu haltenden Spachtel. Diese Arbeit ist nicht nur umständ- lieh und zeitraubend, sondern sie verursacht auch sehr viel Staub und Schmutz, was nicht nur von der die Arbeit ausführenden Person, sondern auch von den Hausfrauen und Be sitzern der Räume unangenehm empfunden wird. Diese Nachteile sollen durch die vor liegende Erfindung beseitigt werden.
Die Vorrichtung zum Entfernen der im Titel angegebenen Anstriche weist eine Bürste auf, die in einem mit Handgriff versehenen Auf fanggehäuse drehbar angeordnet ist und durch eine biegsame Welle mit einem Motor in Verbindung steht, während eine Schlauch leitung einerseits an das Auffanggehänse, anderseits an einen vom Motor angetriebenen Exhaustor angeschlossen ist, an dem sich ein abnehmbarer Sammelbehälter für den abge lösten Anstrich, Schmutz und Staub befindet.
Auf der Zeichnung ist der Erfindungs gegenstand in beispielsweisen Ausführungs- forrnen dargestellt, und zwar zeigen: Fig. <B>1,</B> 4 und <B>5</B> einen teilweisen Längs schnitt, Fig. 2 eine Seitenansicht der ganzen Vor richtung, Fig. <B>3</B> einen Crrundriss zu Fig. <B>1.</B>
Die Vorrichtung besitzt eine rotierende Bürste a, deren Borsten zweckmässig aus Draht bestehen. Die Bürste sitzt auswechsel bar auf einer Welle<B>b,</B> an welche eine bieg same Welle c abnehmbar angeschlossen ist, die anderseits mit einem Motor d in lösbarer Verbindung steht, der zum bequemen Tragen mit einem als Griff dienenden Bügel e ver sehen ist. Die Welle<B>b</B> ist in einem einer seits offenen Auffanggehäuse<B>f</B> gelagert, das zum Halten mit der Hand ebenfalls einen Griff<B>g</B> aufweist. Der Gehäuserand umschliesst die Bürste derart, dass der abgelöste Anstrich vom Gehäuse aufgefangen wird.
Die Bür"te steht etwas aus der Gehäuseöffnung vor, so dass nur die zu bearbeitenden Flächen mit der Bürste in Berührung kommen. Der Ge häuserand ist mit Borsten h versehen, die nicht nur als Führung dienen, sondern auch eine Beschädigung des Putzes durch die Bürste und ein Wegschleudern des entfernten Anstriches, Schmutzes und Staubes nach aussen verhindern. An dem Gehäusehals i ist eine Schlauchleitung <B>k</B> lösbar angeschlossen, die anderseits an einem mit dem Motor d verbundenen Exliaustor <B>1</B> abnehmbar ange schlossen ist, der vom Motor angetrieben wird und an welchem ein Sammelbehälter<B>m</B> beispielsweise in Form eines Sackes, abnehm bar befestigt ist.
Die Bürste a, Eowie die Gehäuse<B>f</B> können verschiedene Ausführungsformen haben,<B>je.</B> nachdem man Decken, Wandflächen, Ecken, Kehlen und dergleichen bearbeiten will (Siehe Fig. <B>1,</B> 4 und<B>5).</B>
Die leicht an jeden Platz zu befördernde Vorrichtung wird zweckmässig mittelst des Bügels e an einer Bockleiter angehängt, während man die rotierende Bürste a mit Hilfe des Griffes<B>g</B> an die zu bearbeitenden Flächen hält, wobei die Bürste durch ihr schnelles Umdrehen den alten Anstrich ab schleift. Der abgelöste alte Anstrich fällt in das Gehäuse und gelangt unter Saugwirkung des Exhaustors<B>1</B> nach dem Sammelbphälter in, während der entstehende Schmutz und Staub gleichfalls durch die Saugwirkung des Exhaustors <B>1</B> nach dem Sammelbehälter m befördert wird. Wie aus Fig. 4 und<B>5</B> er sichtlich ist, kann an Stelle einer Bürsten walze auch eine Bürstenscheibe oder eine kegelförmige Bürste verwendet werden.
Die biegsame Welle c besitzt zweckmässig einen Mantel c', welcher am Gehäuse<B>f</B> lösbar befestigt ist und die sich drehende, biegsame Welle<B>o</B> umschliesst. Den verschiedenartigen Bürsten sind die Gehäuse<B>f</B> angepasst und besitzen Vorrichtungen zum Anschliessen und Abnehmen-der biegsamen Welle<B>o</B> und der Schlauchleitung <B>k.</B> Die Bürstenwalzen a lassen sich natürlich auch zum Bearbeiten anderer Gegenstände und Flächen benutzen, wo bisher Stahldraht bürsten angewandt wurden,
Das Ablösen der alten Leim- und Kalkiarbenanstriche von Decken und Wänden kann infolge Absaugung des Schmutzes und Staubes auf trockenem Wege geschehen, und ist das Vorstreichen mit Wasser, sowie das Nachwaschen mit Wasser, wie das bisher üblieli war, nicht mehr erforderlich.
