Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen chromhaltigen     Azofarbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen neuen  chromhaltigen     Azofarbstoff    erhält, wenn man  das     Natriumsalz    des Farbstoffes aus der  nitrierten     Diazoverbindung    der     1-Amino-2-          naphthol-4-sulfosäure    und     1,4-Naphtholsulfo-          säure    in Gegenwart von Schwefelalkalien und  reduzierend wirkenden organischen Verbin  dungen mit     Chromhydroxydhydraten    behan  delt.

   Der neue     Farbstoff    stellt ein bläulich  schwarzes Pulver dar, welches sich in Wasser,  verdünnter Natronlauge und konzentrierter  Schwefelsäure mit blauer Farbe löst. Wolle  und chargierte oder urchargierte Seide werden  aus schwefelsaurem Bade echt blaugrau gefärbt.  <I>Beispiel:</I>  55 Teile kristallisiertes Schwefelnatrium;  40 Teile     Chromhydroxydpaste    mit 9,10o     Cr20s     und 4 Teile Zucker werden gemischt und bei  40 0 mit 28 Teilen des     Natronsalzes    des  Farbstoffes aus der nitrierten     Diazoverbindung     der     1-Amino-2-naphthol-4-sulfosäure    und     1,4-          Naphtholsulfosäure    versetzt.

   Nach dem Ver-    dünnen mit 20 Teilen Wasser wird langsam  auf 80 0 und nach 3 Stunden weiter auf 90  bis 100 0 erhitzt, bis die     Ohromierung    beendet  ist. Der     Farbstoff    wird isoliert und getrocknet.
