Description

  

  Appareil pour massages et     auto-massages.       L'objet de cette invention est un appareil  pour massages et auto-massages dont le des  sin annexé représente, schématiquement et à.  titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution.  



  Un cylindre creux A est monté rotative  ment sur un axe<I>B,</I> ledit axe<I>B</I> est relié par  l'intermédiaire d'un support C à une poignée  <I>D.</I> A l'intérieur du cylindre creux<I>A</I> se  trouve un corps de chauffe électrique     F    des  tiné lors de l'emploi de l'appareil à élever la  température de la surface ou paroi dudit  corps creux.  



  Dans un support tubulaire C reliant le  corps de massage à la poignée D passe un  conducteur électrique<B>C</B>. Afin d'éviter que le  dit support entre en contact avec l'épiderme  de la personne massée, on pourrait recouvrir  celui-ci d'une gaine laquée     CZ    telle que celle  que l'on trouve dans le commerce sous le  nom de     "Souplisseau"    ou on pourrait inter  caler sur le parcours du support une pièce     F     en matière mauvaise conductrice de la cha  leur. On pourrait éventuellement combiner  ces deux procédés comme cela est représenté  au dessin.    Il est à remarquer que l'extrémité G . du  cylindre opposé à la poignée est hémis  phérique, ceci afin d'éviter toute aspérité et  pour faciliter la mise en place d'une gaine  sur le corps de massage.  



  Il est bien entendu que l'exemple décrit  n'est pas limitatif, que l'on pourrait rempla  cer le cylindre creux par un corps de massage  ayant par exemple la forme d'une sphère. De  même pour élever la température de la sur  face du corps creux, on pourrait aussi utili  ser de l'eau chaude, des produits chimiques  solides ou liquides, tout moyen exothermique  etc.  



  De même, le corps creux n'est pas néces  sairement lisse, mais pourrait avoir aussi des  cannelures circulaires ou longitudinales, des  protubérance,     vallonements,    des creux en  forme de ventouses ou autres, ou des combi  naisons des différents cas ci-dessus désignés;  on pourrait également prévoir l'amovibilité  de la paroi du corps -de massage, ceci en va  riant légèrement la construction de l'objet de  l'invention: au moyen d'une monture ajourée  par exemple.      Au lieu de passer dans le support C et la  poignée D, le cordon conducteur H pourrait  sortir à l'endroit désigné sur le dessin par I.  Le support pourrait aussi être construit en  matière mauvaise conductrice de la chaleur  et non tubulaire.  



  L'organe     F    (ou analogue) pourrait aussi  être placé en 1 ou même à l'intérieur ou dans  le palier du corps de massage.  



  Dans le cas on le support C est tubulaire,  on. pourrait aussi le munir de trous, dans le  but d'empêcher le passage de la chaleur.

  It is understood that the example described is not limiting, that the hollow cylinder could be replaced by a massage body having for example the shape of a sphere. Similarly, to raise the temperature of the surface of the hollow body, one could also use hot water, solid or liquid chemicals, any exothermic means, etc.



  Likewise, the hollow body is not necessarily smooth, but could also have circular or longitudinal grooves, protuberances, valleys, hollows in the form of suction cups or the like, or combinations of the various cases designated above; one could also provide for the removability of the wall of the massaging body, this by going slightly with the construction of the object of the invention: by means of a perforated frame, for example. Instead of passing through the holder C and the handle D, the conductive cord H could exit at the place designated in the drawing by I. The holder could also be constructed of material which is poor conductor of heat and not tubular.
