  COMPRISING A REMOVABLE AUTONOMOUS SUPPORT BLOCK

  The present invention relates to the general technical field of massage apparatus for manual use intended to provide the user with a beneficial effect of relaxation

in the treated area.

  The invention relates to a stripper for the human body, in particular for the legs, comprising a main frame associated with a gripping member, at least one means for storing a fluid to be applied, and at least one massage means disposed on the frame so as to ensure, simultaneously with the massage action, the application of the fluid

on the treated area.

  The invention is particularly, but not exclusively, its application in the treatment of the well-known phenomenon of "heavy legs". This phenomenon, caused by a deficient venous return, occurs most frequently in summer in people whose muscular contractions are insufficient to ensure the return of blood to the heart when the diameter of the vein has increased under the effect of heat. To solve this problem it is already known to simply use footbaths or whirlpools supposed to facilitate the return of blood to the heart. Such methods prove to be easy to implement, but only provide an ephemeral relief effect which

effectiveness is therefore limited.

  Conventional massage apparatus, such as that described for example in US-A-5,131,384 are not specifically designed to remedy the particular phenomenon of heavy legs. Such devices comprise from a main frame that can be manipulated manually by the user, a storage tank of a fluid to be applied to the skin simultaneously with the massage action provided by a set of beads . The liquid reservoir is arranged in relation to the balls so that the latter can allow the application of a film of fluid on the treated area. These devices are particularly designed for the application of fluid or liquid for medical use in conjunction with a massage action to specifically treat muscle or skin problems. Such devices are also often complex design and tank filling operations and cleaning difficult. It should be noted in particular that for apparatus having parts in contact with the skin it is particularly important to be able to clean all the parts in contact with the skin and to have easy access to all the areas in which homes

bacteria can develop.

  The object of the present invention is therefore to overcome the drawbacks of known prior art devices, in particular such as those mentioned above, and to provide a relaxing device for the human body, in particular to specifically treat the phenomenon. heavy legs, and whose handling & cleaning purposes in particular is particularly improved at

  using simple and reliable means.

  Another object of the invention is to provide a relaxing device whose filling of the fluid reservoir is facilitated. Another object of the invention is to provide a soaker apparatus facilitating the observation of the level of treatment liquid without disassembly or particular handling of said apparatus. Another object of the invention is to provide a device for cleaning the cleaning of each piece intended to be in contact with the skin is particularly easy to achieve. A complementary object of the invention is to provide a device for disintegration, the distribution and distribution of the treatment fluid is regularly performed and

  homogeneous on the surface to be treated.

  The objects assigned to the invention are achieved with the aid of a relaxing apparatus for the human body, in particular for the legs, comprising a main frame associated with a gripping member, at least one means for storing a fluid to apply, at least one massage means disposed on the frame so as to ensure, simultaneously with the massage action, the application of the fluid to the body characterized in that it comprises: drying means capable of ensuring the evaporation of the fluid on the application zone, an autonomous support block removably mounted on the frame and supporting the storage means and the massage means.   The hair packer according to the invention shown in FIG. 1 comprises a main frame 1 formed for example by two upper and lower half-shells 2, 3, respectively, made of a plastic material, for example, and assembled

  by any appropriate means, and such as by gluing or clipping.

  The main frame 1 is associated at one end with a gripping member 4 forming a handle intended to be grasped by the user and constituting an extension of the

two half-shells 2, 3.

  The end opposite the gripping member 4 forms the head 5 of the main body 1 comprising at least a portion of the working members of the wiper apparatus according to the invention. As shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, the working members comprise on the one hand an independent support block 10 removably mounted on the main frame 1, and in particular on the lower half-shell 3, and on the other hand a ventilation 20 mounted and housed in the inner body of the frame

  The ventilation system 20 is constituted for example by a blower 21 associated with a motor 22 electrically powered by autonomous power supply means in the form of a battery 23 or derived from the sector. The blower member 21 is arranged to provide a continuous flow of air over the area of the human body treated by the wiper. The ventilation system

  thus forms a means of drying the application zone.

  The autonomous support block 10 constitutes a finite physical entity supporting a means 11 for storing a fluid to be applied and distributed over the area to be treated of the body

humans and a means of massage 12.

  According to a preferred version of the invention, the storage means 11 is formed by a reservoir 13 intended to contain a liquid. The reservoir 13 forms the upper part of the autonomous support block 10 and is provided in its bottom 14 with holes 15 forming fluid distribution holes. Preferably, the fluid distribution orifices 15 are three in number and aligned substantially in the central part of the bottom 14, along the transverse axis of the massage means 12. Preferably, the bottom 14 forms a convexity vault turned towards the volume internal tank 13, said bottom 14 joining the lower end of the front walls 13a and rear (not visible in the figures) of the tank 13. The upper part of the tank 13 consists of a closure panel provided, preferably in its central portion, a filling opening 16, for example circular. The autonomous support block 10 further comprises a flap 17 preferably pivotally mounted on the reservoir 13, said flap 17 being provided with a closing pin 18 of dimension adapted to the filling orifice 16 so as to constitute a flap of hermetic closure

and watertight tank 13.

  According to a preferred version of the invention, the massage means 12 is formed by at least one roller mounted under the storage means 11 and at least partly in the vault of the tank 13, and preferably at the right of the dispensing orifices 15 of the reservoir 13 so as to be partially wrapped by the bottom 14. Advantageously the roller 12 is rotatably supported at its rotational axes 12a, 12b forming lateral pins, removably by lateral lugs 31, 32 secured to the block support 10 and

  extending laterally from the latter.

  According to a preferred arrangement, the lateral lugs 31, 32 have sufficient flexibility so as to allow the force of the roll 12 to be engaged between the latter and the retention of the nipples 12a, 12b in cavities

  arranged in said lateral lugs 31, 32.

  According to a particularly advantageous version of the invention, the roller 12 is rotatably supported by means of the lateral lugs 31, 32 in a stable position under the bottom 14 of the tank 13 and at a distance from said

  bottom 14, so as to provide a free volume.

  Advantageously, a portion of this free volume is occupied by a fluid distribution means 40, formed for example of an imbibing member such as a polyester felt. The latter is for example formed of a substantially parallelepiped block of thickness slightly greater than the distance separating the roller 12 from the bottom 14, so as to be compressed when the roller 12 is in its

stable working position.

  The fluid distribution means 40 is moreover integral, for example by bonding the bottom 14, and arranged so as to cover and plug the dispensing orifices 15. Such an assembly makes it possible both to control and regulate the flow rate. flow of the liquid contained in the reservoir 13, and compression to regularize its application on the area to be treated to maintain

  a liquid film of constant thickness on the roll 12.

  According to another particularly advantageous version of the invention, the roll 12 comprises a concave outer envelope, the concavity of which is turned towards the outside, forming during its application to the skin of the user, a lateral discharge zone of the skin at the end of the roller 12 and a central suction zone. Such a form called "diabolo" obviously facilitates the massage and the application of the liquid and is particularly well suited

  The support block 10, and in particular the reservoir 13, are made of plastic material. Advantageously, the reservoir 13 comprises at least one transparent zone, preferably the front walls 13a and the bottom 14 visible from the outside of the device, when the support block is in place in the cavity 41. This arrangement allows the user to observe the fluid level in the reservoir 13 from the transparent zone, without having to extract the support block 10. The front walls 13a preferably protruding slightly out of the cavity 41, allow to quickly visualize the fluid level. It is also possible to visualize the liquid level by observing the underside of the apparatus (FIG. 5), the bottom vault 14 partially surrounding the roll 12 and being easily

visible in this case.

  The operation of the device according to

the invention is as follows.

  Before the start of the massage operation, the user proceeds to extract the autonomous support block 10 by pressing the lateral tabs 31, 32 which has the effect of ensuring the release of said autonomous support block 10 by release of

  tabs 42 out of the recesses of the cavity 41.

  The user can then extract the autonomous support block 10 out of the cavity 41 according to the arrows F1 as shown in FIG. 2. The opening of the flap 17 then allows the free access through the filling orifice 16 to the reservoir 13 which may be filled with the liquid such as water or water with added alcohol, to be applied to the skin. Once the filling is completed, the shutter 17 is closed and the

  Stand-alone support block 10 is reintroduced into the cavity 41.

  The user can then start the wearable device, for example using a contact button not shown in the figures. The drying means 20 then generates an air flow of

  drying allowing the start of the grinding operation.

  When the user applies the roller 12 to the area to be treated, the latter simultaneously with its massage effect applies to the area to be treated a thin film of liquid which is immediately evaporated by the drying flow generated by the drying means 20. The drying flow is directed on the treated area with the aid of ejection orifices not shown in the figures. The combination of the massaging effect and the superficial cooling of the skin achieved by the drying proves to have a beneficial influence on the circulation

  blood responsible for the phenomenon of heavy legs.

  As a variant falling within the scope of the invention, it is conceivable to use as storage means 13 any type of material capable of absorbing a fluid and returning it by capillarity and replacing the roller 12 with any equivalent medium likely to produce a massaging effect locally compressing the skin during the passage of the device. At the end of the application, the user can again, by pressing on the side tabs 31, 32, extract the autonomous support block 10 and then proceed to its cleaning. To this end, the extraction of the roller 12 not only allows its complete cleaning, but also to have access for cleaning purposes with the impregnating felt 40 and all surrounding areas. It should also be noted that the complete removability of the autonomous support block 10 allows a filling

  particularly easy by simplifying its handling.

  1. Relaxing apparatus for the human body, in particular for the legs, comprising a main frame (1) associated with a gripping member (4), at least one means (11) for storing a fluid to be applied, at least a massage means (12) arranged on the frame (1) so as to ensure, simultaneously with the massage action, the application of the fluid to the body, characterized in that it comprises: - drying means (20) ) capable of ensuring the evaporation of the fluid on the application zone, an autonomous support block (10) removably mounted on the frame (1) and supporting the storage means (13) and the massage means (12).   2. Apparatus according to claim 1 characterized in that the storage means (11) is a reservoir (13) forming the upper portion of the autonomous support block (10), said reservoir (13) being provided with dispensing orifices (15). ) of the fluid, and an opening of filling (16).   3.
