Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung von 1-Aminoanthraehinon-2-methylketon. Gegenstand dieser Erfindung ist ein Ver fahren zur Darstellung von 1-Aminoanthra- chinon-2-methylketon, welches dadurch ge kennzeichnet ist, dass man Anthrachinon-l.. 2. methylisoxazol mit reduzierenden Mitteln be handelt.
Das 1-Amino-2-acetylanthrachinon soll als Zwischenprodukt für die Darstellung von Farbstoffen Verwendung finden.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 1 Gewichtsteil des durch Einwirkung von rauchender Schwefelsäure auf 1-Nitro-2- äthylanthrachinon erhältlichen Anthrachinon- 1.2-methylisoxazols wird mit 2 Gewichts teilen Natriumhydrosulfit in wässerig-am- moniakalischer Suspension unter Luftab- schluss so lange im Wasserbade erwärmt, bis Lösung erfolgt ist. Beim Einleiten von Luft in die filtrierte rotgelbe Lösung scheidet sich das 1-Aminoanthrachinon-2-methylketon in roten Flocken aus.
Es kristallisiert aus Eis- essig in derben, roten, bei 220 C schmelzen den Nadeln. Die ätzalkalische Hydrosulfit- küpe ist braun gefärbt.
